South Gippsland Dairy Natural Colostrum Soap

Loving it for the hair – I got it together with the colostrum powder to try on my pityriasis as I can’t use anything unnatural due to MCAS and histamine breathing reactions. For the skin it’s not bad, only just started using it though and natural stuff usually take awhile to start working. Tried it on my hair though and I am loving it for that. It settles my scalp right down and leaves the hair full of body and completely washed. I do however use two other products on my hair, but I’ve been using those products for awhile and have definitely noticed a difference with this soap added.
So I use the Clean and Pure ocean soap first, than Dermaveen deep clean and sensitive, so both mixed together and than I finish off with the colostrum soap and sometimes put a bit of the old no longer available Aldi conditioner to just smooth things over. Because my hair without conditioner is quite static.
When simply using the two previous products or even the Wotnot baby shampoo I had burning and with the added colostrum soap now, no longer feeling that burn or if it starts, this soap takes it back down to zero.
Will write a message below this review for when and also if I notice any other positives with this and for the skin condition too. Perks also you can buy it in bulk, so 3 of them if you wish, which is great.
Washed with this one today, than shampoo, than this one to remove the shampoo and yeah I got burnt on my neck at the back, but the hair came out positively beautiful, so no need for the Clean and Pure soap actually. I had been thinking I was needing to start with it, but yeah no I really don’t and my hair feels more washed this way too, less oily to the touch than usual.
So for now it’s all working really well with this soap, let’s hope it continues. Got another 3 pack today because I was so happy with it.
Eventually I did start reacting to it and in the end I switched to shampoo bars. But if you don’t have a MCAS sensitive scalp it may work well for you.
The colostrum only ever helped with my yeasty ears and did nothing when put on the skin.
Actually if you have yeast issues on the skin, don’t use the soap, it will feed the yeast, making it that much harder to remove.
Going to try Nahla Earth Colostrum in hopes for more fully body benefits.

So I did a test last night to reduce my shower time, I washed with the Clean and Pure soap and than this one and than conditioner and the hair was a bit oily, but washed very well regardless.
It looks clean, it flows with the wind, it’s not deadweight like it was on the baby soap. Overall I’m happy and my scalp, face and neck weren’t burnt or anything, so yeah works well enough to use it with the other one without any shampoo.
