Southbound

Like being on the Film set of Spartecus Blood and Sand – My experience of Southbound Gym is excellent, spaciouse, plenty of equipment and freindly helpfull staff All you Guys and Girls out there looking for a place to work out to develope muscle, South bound has all the equipment you will ever need. Working out in the gym is like being on the film set of Spartecus blood and sand!!! fit muscular well defined (gladitiorial ) bodies everywhere you look, most days of the week

Excellent – If you want to get strong and lean, and/or fit and flexible get a membership there you can't go wrong. The equipment is top notch and there is heaps of it, now there is also lots of different cardio machines. Do it!! excellent equipment and great service-heaps of free weights-3 squat racks!! 2 hour yoga classes!brilliant Not much but would be nice if they were open 24 hours for shift workers, and more regular yoga classes
