We have a new Spacetalk Adventurer and it’s working fine except the emoji keyboard with faces and smileys won’t show. I have it enabled in the app, the other emoji categories are there, but no faces. We’ve tried updating software on watch and app, tried restarting. Any suggestions?

Bought 2 spacetalk adventurer watches 2nd hand. Have tried to pair the watches to the app however error message saying watches paired to another account to pair first delete the original pairing and restart pairing process.... how do I do this if there is no way to contact or know the who the watch was paired with previously

Frustrated that the app will only allow me to add 3 contacts to her contact list and when I try to keep adding it deletes a previous one.

Been invited so both of us are on our daughters loop invite button doesn’t work does t even appear to be functioning. Hi Karin, in order to save photos from the watch onto a phone, you would need to send them via chat from the watch to your Spacetalk app. You'll then be able to save them directly onto your phone. - Spacetalk

Hi I'm having problems with the chat feature on the app. I'm not receiving notifications on my iPhone in the app when messages are sent from my son's watch. The messages are there in chat when I open it. I have my Spacetalk notifications enabled on my phone and I'm still not notified of chat messages.

Hi there, I am struggling to set up spacetalk. In the family app I am pending and when I try and resend it to my mobile I click the link it takes me back to the app without being able to accept or deny. There is no home button as per tutorials for me to add contact. I am the one who set up the app and paired the watch so it is doing loops. All customer service email requests have responded with links to quick guides which are of no assistance for my problems.

Hi April, You can unpair your watch via your Spacetalk app. To do so, simply press on the '+' icon on the map screen > press on your child's icon > select 'More' > select 'Advanced Settings' > select 'Remove Device'
