was damage free. All the panels were perfect, and everything was pre cut for installation, the only thing is that the holes could have been slightly smaller to ensure a tighter screwed fit. The instructions could be better, so i do highly recommend watching the videos on their website as well. There are few things commented on in the videos that are not in the instructions. Even so, it was easy to put together. Currently, I have 3 bikes in it, a zscooter, the bike repair stand and also I've hung the cars roof cage on a couple of hooks at the back. ​Highly recommended.
