HD20 Steam Mop – Great product to use on all areas within the home - even ceilings and walls. If buying this product always ask for an extra filter. After using miy HD20 steam mop for the first couple of times, I found the filter required a replacement.and overuse will cause deterioration to the steam mop itself. It is best to have a replacement on hand when you need to change the filter.

Don't waste your money – This was a gift to us and very sadly ended up being a piece of junk. The water didn't release slowly, it just ran straight through the mop leaving the floors absolutely drenched. You're better off saving and buying a good quality mop. This one is cheap and nasty and does not do that job at all!!!! Leaked, didn't dry the floors, didn't lift much off the floor.

Bad – Its not a bad mop however you get what you pay for. You might be lucky enough for it to last a long time or like me you can snap it in half as you mop because the construction is very weak and you will notice it on your first use, however you will get use to the weak construction, just don't put to much pressure while mopping. The cloths go all out of shape after a few uses and then wont fit properly on the mop and they will always slide of as you mop and its a headache and dangerous trying to fit them on while its steaming. I for one will not buy this again because you do have to use pressure to mop whether using a steam mop or a mop and bucket and this steamer just wont handle that kind of work. It does a good job at mopping and is very cheap considering other mops on the market. Its steams up within seconds. The design is extremely flimsy. It feels like its going to snap as you maneuver it around. It's very top heavy because of the water container and the handle is very light and weak. It does leave the floor wet however it does dry up within a few minutes. If the handle is down for mopping under things it stops steaming because the water isn't dripping into the steam head, so you always have to raise it and allow water to drip in which can take a few seconds.
