Brilliant Customer Service
After i wrote my previous review here titled heap of junk. I received a phone call from the company and i must say they do care about their customers. Stieble have arranged a new hot water water system at no cost myself. I was also updated to the system that suits my climate the WWK 300 AH. The company arranged the delivery of the system to and Banana coast electrical who installed the unit today, the only cost to me was the install cost. Its great to see Stieble take the time to read these reviews and take pride in helping their customers. Thank you Stieble for your great service
Service thats what its all about
We had a hiccup in the old hot water service. Contacted the service centre 1800 number and spoke to the team. Texted there local " service technician " exchanged some technical info and a Video . He and we contacted management . We had a discussion with the team at 9 am and had a resolution by 3pm same day. Service that's what its all about.
