Fan stopped working – The dryer was very rarely used in the past years and the fan has stopped, We clean the filter after every use. The quality of the machine is highly questionable.

Poor quality heater element – Not even 4 years old and it will not heat up to dry laundry. It has had very little use. Poor quality heat element. For anyone wanting to know, they are Stirling/ Tempo brand. Show details

Poor After Sale Service – Dryer 18 months old. Only used for 12 months as purchased ready for laundry renovation. Really disappointed that Stirling online web forms for support will not submit. Dryer stopped heating nearly 2 weeks ago. Followed all the trouble shoot advice. Unfortunately did not help. After no luck contacting Stirling went back to local Aldi store. They… Read more

had no luck either. Area manager followed up. Provided copies or receipt. Then heard nothing. Have completed Aldi online assistance form. Promise of contact in 2 business days. Did not happen. Have done this 3 times. Made contact through Facebook page. No response back. Just would like Dryer repaired or if this is not an option money back. By the time they respond it will be summer in Melbourne. Finally found a phone number, just leaves you on hold and no one answers, tried multiple times. Extremely poor after sale service (no service).

Still going great – Have had this for since july and its still going strong. I thought it would make a more noticeable saving on out power bill but I can't really notice the difference. It works fine and other than taking a bit longer than our old dryer I have no complaints. I like how it take ws whole load staring t from the washer and the smart programs - that's great  Show details

Great dryer – This is the condensing unit. I shopped around for prices and reviews. Easy to clean the lint, with a large drying capacity. The controls are fairly simple and intuitive, makes for easy use. It's a solid unit with a light inside. It drys great, has a alarm when finished drying and also has a refresh function.  Show details

Value for money – 7kg condenser dryer from Aldi. I was a little worried as only $399 and the statement you only get what you paid for. As it is the weekend I have done 8 loads of washing including all the beds and dog bedding and the dryer has been going virtually non stop. Is is not very noisy and there is a great selection of programs. I would not hesitate to… Read more

recommend this as it is great value for money.

If it doesn't work out I still have 60 days to return it and there is a 3 year warranty
