No honouring of 5 year workmanship warantee , after fence gate installed around October 2025 I rang to say gate would not close, we discussed options, but he never came back to see. Meantime screws from hinges became loose fell out, latch was loose eventually some screws came out. Last month I rang him again showed him pics as he requested, sent me text claiming we must have been slamming the crap out of it. We are nearly 80 years old. Also the tubes holding wiring for electric gate have fallen out not glued properly? And there are other things now noticed. Railings nkt flush up against bricks only two screws holding that weight,
