Good Service – Phone call to find out if item was in stock. Placed the order on Friday around lunchtime (WA), received tracking info shortly after. Goods arrived Tuesday morning. All working as expected.

Wouldn’t refund after 5 months of being unable to deliver – November 2022 - ordered Icom power supply. December 2022 - several enquiries and no progress. January 2023 - “the charger will be here next Monday with a little luck”. It wasn’t… April 2023 - several emails sent and no response. Enquiries to “Contact Us” ignored. May 2023 - obtained power supply from Icomretail.com.au within two days. May 2023 - requested refund - no response. May 2023 - started chargeback process. May 2023 - chargeback successful.
