The benefits of the 45 minute workouts are terrific. The franchise methodology of having an instructor who needs to go around yelling and telling everyone participating they are doing something wrong despite having tv screens with a video to follow, well I just can't get my head around that one. I'm happy when its over, but never happy while I'm doing a workout.

The exercises are great, but for some reason the trainers are trained to yell at the paying customers and treat the paying customers as though they are in a boot camp. Personally I am not there for that type of experience.
