brackets not as pictured – i bought mine new online same place as a friend we received 2 different products. my baby's hand got caught under the gate as it moves around a lot! And i had to lift the whole thing up to get her hand out. it is a flimsy piece of junk! $150 down the drain! my friends has the wall hardware as pictured and it still moves around but not as much as mine. Do not buy! keeps baby out of an area hurts the baby, doesnt latch properly, moves around on the floor heaps.
