I am very disappointed with this product . I bought the Sunbeam NutriOven Convection Oven from Myer Online but cannot register for warranty with Sunbeam ( error 404 on Sunbeam website ) . The glass bowl is very thin, cracked , broken and cut my fingers on its first use.
Follow-up · The bowl was crack because it was too thin. I contacted Sunbeam and they sent me a replacement bowl. The oven's performance is OK.

This item did replace my Easycook glass bowl two years ago as I could not get a replacement part for my Easycook oven during Covid, but now I have gone back to the Easycook oven. I have just returned the third NutriOven for a refund this time. Due to the glass bowl lip chipping. Thankyou Domayne Kotara (Harvey Norman) they did an awesome good for me. The NutriOven cooks great but the lid element vibrants against its holding brackets as it expands during heating, causing a very loud noise well over its fan noise. And the glass bowl lip chips. I am very careful with the bowl when washing, which I do every time I use it. I have no idea where the glass chips go. Hopefully I have not been consuming them in my food. Some glass chips are 1cm in length. As I have had three of these NutriOvens since June 2023, I cannot recommend them as the glass bowl is faulty and a safety risk.

Hi Sunbeam Customer Care Cell, As there are many customers complaining about you glass bowl chipping or cracking over the past years, I guess you are not going to do any thing about. I am guessing as your glass bowls are quite thin compared to other brands, that the vibration from the fan spinning maybe cause of the glass lip chipping while cooking. The lid vibrates and makes an extreme loud noise while cooking, as well as the heating element vibrating against its holders. But I am guessing your QA would know about this. But thanks for your reply.

Perfect for caravan use, cooks everything including scones – After listing to friend say for several years how good they were we purchased one & now we wished we got one several years ago. We use in our caravan while travelling, have been on the road for 22 months at time of review. They are light & simple to use & simple to clean, the inner glass bowl lifts out to make cleaning very simple. TIP, put ALFOIL on top of bottom tray if cooking meat, makes cleaning much easier.
