Scammed – didn’t even use the machine in full and what I did do was for a total of 1 hour. No instructions given. Half equipment I didn’t even open. Awesome! – Super fast - ordered 24/12 and it arrived 27/12. Super cheap - most other places wanted $150 minimum per month. Super well packed - a place for everything and everything in its place. Quick and Easy CPAP Hire – Signed up to their CPAP Hire Program which was about 1/3 of what others wanted to charge ($69/month vs $150). It took me about 3 minutes to sign up on the website and it arrived 2 days later with a bunch of different masks and i can honestly say i have never slept so good. They communication has been very good with lots of emails updating me on the process etc. So far so good and can highly recommend for price and convenience.
Unable to Contact For Support – Trial machine received without instructions, online video available not for the machine provided. Unable to contact but payment still deducted from Ezipay.... which was supposed to be for 6 months but has no end date. Still unable to contact... phone line disconnected. Am wanting to return the machine (6 months has passed and I haven't used)...… Read more

Replacement Mask Quick Delivery – Thanks to the Super Cheap CPAP Team, Great Service. I required 2 replacement masks for cpap. Ordered online and they were delivered next day. I will buy from Super Cheap CPAP again.
Great prices, delivery the very next day – Found super cpap to have the best prices in Aus and the mask arrived the next day. Very happy and will use again. Website is also good and easy to order from.
Affordable CPAP hire – We have been hiring a cpap machine for $69 a month from Super CPAP. It arrived the very next day. We were originally quoted $250/month from our chemist. The machine also came with 3 masks.
Total rip off like all Australian CPAP resellers – Can buy a mask from thecpapshop.com in the USA and have it shipped to Australia for around half the cost of any Australian CPAP shop. Example Fisher and paykel Opus 360 is $195 from this Aussie store and less than $80 from thecpapshop.com add $30 dollars shipping and you've saved a heap.
Avoid at all costs! – After purchasing a CPAP machine from these guys through their website, and after an initial order confirmation email, I received NO notification, no contact, no emails at all. "[name removed]" who is evidently the owner. I asked if he could tell me if my unit had shipped yet, and he told me that he didn't work in shipping, couldn't tell me. I tried chatting with him for a while to get some kind of an answer, and received just attitude, no useful advice at all.
Roughly a week later the unit arrived, but was missing a component which made it useless to me. I rang them, this time got somebody to talk to (not [name removed]) and he acknowledged that the part was on back-order and was expected that day. It rolled up after a further phone call 4-5 days later, with no advice, no apology, nothing.
These guys have NO clue about customer service, and I certainly wouldn't be going back there again, especially as there are other suppliers who will happily match their prices.
