Superestate

Starting to feel flaky – Been over a month for a portal update. I've emailed and they have no update. Have no way of checking current figures within my super. When asked they can only provide the year prior. For an update usually everywhere has a timeline but not here? Feels flaky and I'm uneasy leaving my super in the hands of a company that has mediocre communication. Show details

Thought good initially, but they are NOT – When having them for super, they were fast and efficient. Now that I had applied for compassionate release due to something out of my circumstances, no one has helped me. surgery back a further 2 weeks, which has now also put an extra $2000 for the rescheduled date but they STILL have not processed it with the new date being 10 days away, which is almost taken 3 weeks now.

I call and email every day which is a different person every time which I get told it’s getting done from one person and then told it’s not from another.

Super is meant to be there to help, not be against. This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had with any company.

Got me through the pandemic – Can't say enough how much I love this super fund. Property in my super, no brainer – The pandemic is yet another event which illustrates why it's so important to have long term exposure to residential property in super. I believe the ASX200 dropped 33% in value in one month!!?? I am very happy with my decision and very happy with the performance of the fund.

Great Superannuation Fund – I've had my Super in the Growth Investment option for a year and a half now and I've had really good returns.
