Swann DVR4-5000 All-in-One 10"

Good if they fix it – Brilliant little security system BUT at this time is has FAILED. The screen has gone blank but is working in the background. cannot see any pictures but is still working and recording. Have contacted SWANN on 1.11.11 and 5.11.11 but still have no reply. I hope it gets better than this easy setup, acceptable image and easy to use waiting to see what warranty service is like
