One connected back after update but still unstable. The other just would not connect.
I contacted Swann again. Despite the voice prompt said wait time of a minute, I waited an hour and thought that that was enough (I waited for 30 minutes for my first call). I had to return both units.
So easy! – First security cam I've purchased, this one felt sturdier and more "professional" than others. Setting up was very simple, just needed it to connect to my wi-fi router and use the app with links with a QR code. Very user friendly, as I'm able to move the view around the room and adjust the angle which is great if the camera gets bumped, or when the baby moves in the cot! Show reply
