This retailer needs to be regulated in Aus! Misleading services with crappy products and services – Wish I could give a negative start. I kept getting the ads on insta about the sales etc and ended up ordering close to $150 worth of products. To my disappointment, the dispatch happened from the US while I ordered here in Melbourne, Australia. The dispatch itself took a week to leave the store and then 3-4 weeks for the delivery. I wasn’t already happy about the delivery times as it’s insane to wait for a month these days given the services available. To my dismay, the products arrived were not upto the standards. The eyeshadow palette literally got no pigment and doesn’t get blended. I asked for return and they plainly refused though they clearly say otherwise. Later, I was pointed to FAQ in a fine print where it says no returns for international orders on change of mind. The thing is I didn’t change my mind about the product. The product is not even worth $1, that’s the reason I didn’t want to keep it. Anyway, I have wasted my money. I hope these retailers are regulated properly in Aus to not cheat/trick the customers where they can’t offer the services.
