Purchased this TV new on 23/01/2021. Took a long time to show picture when turning it on. Picture quality was good. On 3/3/25 the TV made a loud bang and ceased to work. Had a technician advise that power unit failed. Warranty was 3 years. TCL and retailer unwilling to assist. Very disappointed.
Worst TV to buy – After owning this TV for 13 months, trouble from the beginning. Main board replaced, then new TV replaced, then main board replaced, 5 software updates, over 35 phone calls to Technical NO support, over 30 emails and still have the TV and problems. Show details
Beautiful tv. Overall happy with my purchase! – I love the picture quality, brightness of this tv. Awesome comes with a sound bar. An update would be most welcome, as there are glitches. issue. Only annoying buggy thing. I can think of. I’ve had the tv for 3 months. I’m enjoying it. I don’t regret buying it. It’s a beautiful tv. And within my price range. 3 years warranty is an added bonus. All in all I’m satisfied
TV is Brilliant Value for Money. Android is Amazing – TV is responsive and fast. Amazon and Disney plus can be over come by download alternative app stores or the APK's and installed via USB. Picture quality is amazing. It does need frequent reboots but that's to be expected at this price point. Show details
