Very happy with Product and Great service – Have had a Teco upright Freezer,it started playing up just before warranty ran out,i rang store i bought it from and they have closed down.I rang the company and spoke to a very nice man called Jed,he straight away said he would send a replacement and give me 12 month warranty.As this was late Friday a very nice man brought the new on the next Tuesday,unpacked it,set it up,took old one and packing away so all in all i am very pleased with this company and their product and BEST service Thankyou Jed regards Wendy from Perth
Great Dryer, no more water condensation running down the walls – My original dryer used to leave condensation in the laundry. On a cool / wet day, water would be running down the walls and window. This dryer is fantastic. All the water gets collected in a container which I empty out along with cleaning the filter after each load. A big load straight out of the washing machine takes anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hrs. I bought the machine second hand from a Person who was moving interstate.
very good machine – We buy Teco products for our company and have been very happy with their performance in most instances. Unfortunately when the product has failed it has been extremely difficult to find spare parts for the washing machines. Even white goods repairers seem to have problems Warranty does cover 12 months but after that support is limited to the Teco office only and online companies do not stock spares parts
