Fast and reliable – Bought the air fryer around 3 months ago it cooks food evenly all round we use it a fair amount takes a bit of practice to learn how to operate but is relatively easy our previous one had dial gauges.

Fried air fryer – Purchased a Tefal Dual Easy Air Fryer & Grill XXL from Harvey Norman on September 3rd this year. Found issues with it during it's first use: the user manual and it's print are so small that I had to download it from the internet, no biggie; a number of it's functions are not mentioned in the manual such as the griller function has a pre-heat mode; a biggie; it took up a lot of bench space, so much so that it had to be stored in a cupboard that had to be almost emptied to accommodate it as it's rear power cord housing stuck out quite a bit, no biggie just a nuisance; the twin cooking baskets were hard to pull out on each occasion as they 'stuck', a real nuisance as the fryer moved on the bench top each time; the stated recommended cooking times for various meals didn't match the reality as all of them tried had to have the time extended; another biggie; the cooking time couldn't be extended from it's initial setting during cooking when found to be insufficient, so that it had to reach it's end and then a new time set; frustrating. And then the biggest issue, after just over two weeks of very infrequent use the unit self destructed. After cooking a meal using both baskets and dealing with all of the above issues, again, whilst cleaning up it was revealed that the 'floor' in both basket chambers had imploded, refer attached pictures, and the rear of it's frame had cracked open, again refer to the attached picture. The fryer was then returned to Harvey Norman who immediately issued a full refund, no issues there. This could have been a one-off or something indemic, I'll most likely never know if it's the latter.

Tefal Dual Air Fryer is the Rolls Royce of Air Fryers – I am so happy with my new Tefal two drawer air fryer. I have cooked roast lamb in one drawer and scalloped potato in the other. Lasagne in one drawer and bread and butter pudding in the other. Saves me about half an hour most nights. It is so easy to clean and they have a great YouTube channel with recipes

JUST WOW. IF YOU LIKE YOUR AIRFRYER YOU WILL LOVE TEFAL DUAL EASY FRY & GRILL – Seeing this for the first time on Jamie Olivers Airfryer show. It first caught my attention as it states the Dual airfrying baskets can sync to each other to cook complete meals with different temperatures and times. I currently use the Philips Rose Gold sensor Fryer. So I only have this to compare to. WELL!!.. the sync function is fabulous. First the vents are at the top of the fryer which is a must so bench doesn't get too hot. First time using its not hard to work out the settings. I put a marinated chicken in the first basket set timer for 50 min. I put potatoes in the 2nd basket and set for 20min then pressed sync. Abra Cadabra the first basket started cooking and the 2nd basket went on hold. When first basket got to 20 min 2nd basket turned on. Its the simple things that make you smile. The only thing I would suggest to TEFAL is the Plug at the back it sticks out about 4cm so doesn't sit flush or store well for your cupboard door to shut properly, if the plug could be placed under the unit it would store easier. I would definitely recommend TEFAL Dual airfryer.
