I previously had the now defunct tefal model, eventually old age got the better of it.I'm not entirely sorry...my experience with this one so far is it's a quantum leap forward, effortless handling of creases in minimal time...and so easy to apply.I look forward to many years of quality use.

Purchased in at The Good Guys for $359.

Too many shortcomings – Purchased this product only a few days ago, so it's brand new. Really wanted to be happy with it. The ironing board is great. Makes ironing much easier than regular boards with it's flexability. The steamer had good steam output on the first day used. Second day it seems less hot than my previous iron, and not able to give me good steam output. Third day it didn't get hot enough to iron out creases, the steam output was irregular, the handle of the iron got hot and it automatically turned itself off twice while I was ironing. I intend to return it. Very disappointed as others had told me how good garment steamers are in contrast to a normal iron (I didn't ask what brands they had).

Purchased in at Myers for $412.

Not great! Low Steam Production, poor customer service, look elsewhere – I would suggest if you are considering this steamer to find a location to test it out first to see if it meets your requirements (I was unable to find this, so good luck). If not I would recommend choosing to purchase a product that offers a satisfaction guarantee (I believe that Phillips do on their steamers) so you are able to try it out in your own home safe in the knowledge that the company stands by their product. I purchased this steamer with high hopes based on the description online but it doesn't produce any more steam than a cheaper $150 steamer I used to own. It only works if you use the boost setting which unfortunately doesn't last long enough to complete a garment (this is not specifically divulged on the website how limited this function is so is basically just marketing spin). I contacted Tefal within 4 days of purchasing this product to request a return or exchange for a stronger steam product (which I believe they offer) but they do not offer a customer satisfaction guarantee (or stand by their product) and have refused to assist in ensuring my satisfaction referring me to their service centre (l am a busy professional and simply don't have time to waste my time going to a service centre for a product that I purchased just a few days earlier). It also took me 3 days to try and get through on their phone system, I couldn't contact them via social media and they were very slow in replying via email. It all has the feeling of outsourced customer care with no real 'care'. Care factor is zero and to be honest with this attitude I would question purchasing from this brand in the future.

Steaming is amazing, but the parts no so – Steam irons my clothes really fast and really well. Great for dresses. Best I have used so far. Unfortunately the holder broke in less than 3 months of purchasing it so I have to place the iron somewhere else which gets a bit annoying. Bought it from Myer.
