1 star is too generous for this piece of sh*t – You set up everything per the manual, 2-3 seconds later, it jumps to another mode. Show details

The worst unit – The control panel is so ridiculous that most of the time cannot change from air cool to heat mode. It’s not a one step command, it needs at least 3-4 steps that’s if it works. Not recommended at all, total waste of money Show details

Absolute Rubbish ! – I had this ducted A/C unit installed as part of the deal when Masterton Homes built my house in 2013....VERY Unreliable A/C....whenever it is needed at the hottest days....it doesnt work ! I have had to replace the main circuit board twice, and have just been informed that it needs replacing again....Maybe 3rd time lucky ! If you are getting a… Read more

Horrible Air Con – Shocking air con! The worst ever! My advise is not to even think about buying this bad air con... I just had it in my house and the unit isn't functioning at all! Everything is stuffed up! If I try to put it on cold it gets extremely hot instead! Rate: 0/10  Show details

Temperzone service – Temperzone OSA176 purchased March 2013 at a cost of nearly $15000.00. Warranty was 'Gold Class' 5 years on parts and labour. Compressor and soft start failed just in Warranty. Compressor completely stuffed. The Company is at present in the process of repairing the unit, however the Air Conditioner has been out of action for nearly a Month up to… Read more

now and probably wont be fixed for another three weeks. They are getting the compressor from New Zealand and sending it over to Australia by Ship! They have been advised that we are elderly and Wife has a Medical Condition requiring Air Conditioning, they are unmoved. Temperature yesterday was 42 C and has been in the high 30s and 40s since the failure. Thanks Temperzone!

Would not recommend the Company or product in a mad fit!

OSA 181r 3 phase reverse cycle ducted – Purchased OSA 181r 3 phase reverse cycle ducted air con. It hasnt performed very well at all. M&H air installed which had problems. ducting work is ok but compressor has never worked properly and gas pipes had leaks. Their answer was to top up gas every year which is illegal. Pass

Good – I have a 3 phase two fan which goes in the roof between the concrete and gyprock ceiling. It replaced a 12 year old aircond which is not manufactured . The unit is a rectangle shape twin outlet fans very similar to the 230 rk in looks anyway it's the indoor unit on temperzone website with two fans. Water aircon. The unit is ac power and the tower… Read more

on top of my block of apartments sends a signal in 24 dc that the water is on and coming down apparently it only takes one aircon in the building to turn on the water. However that means my signal has to changed from dc to ac junction box which is okay.. That was the only real technical problem. But I would stress that you must get a temperzone technician or someone who is experienced with temperzone.

The unit is quiet in the ceiling and blasts out cold or hot and I'm using a 100tz controller. The unit has the new gas which means I don't have to pay exorbitant prices to top up with the old gas in the future. The customer support was quick in my case however I do live in Sydney where they make them. Maybe they could refine the design of the controller.

Can someone please fix my air conditioner – Mannix Air sold our Temperzone A/C R/C ducted 3 phase for our new house, installed late 2011, 2 warranty visits in first 2 years. Now when the weather gets hot it complety stops. Some 9 days ago. 28/1/14. Report the problem to Mannix, they lodge warranty job card with Temperzone in Sydney, they then assign job to their contactor T & R Airpower in… Read more

Adelaide. No word from anyone for 3 days. Monday spend most of the morning ringing all 3 busineses, send emails, not 1 reply. Next day finally find out what is wrong. Finally get to speak to warrany manager for temperzone in Sydney. Job sent to Adelaide goes to managers email who is on leave. Job finally assigned Tuesday (1 week later), oh we cant get there for another week. So it will be 2 weeks before we can have someone look at our $15k 2 year old A/C, find out what's wrong then try to fix it and oh, we need to order parts?!! How much longer after that!! Not happy and very angry. That my A/C is not working in the hottest time of the year (money well spent, not) and the unprofessional attitude of dealing with people of these companys who say they will ring back but never do. We bought Temperzone as it was recommended and as we have a large house, the 3 phase option and the supposed reliability was also a plus. Now I'm wondering why I took that advice. The unit seems unreliable, the service, well I can't put too print here on this forum how I really truly feel, other to say if it dies again when it is out of warranty there maybe another brand in its place, oh hopefully someone who can service it that is not 2 weeks away! I will add that we clean our filters religiously, never set the temp. outside it's capability and only have the rooms on that we need, just in case someone thinks we don't know what we are doing. Just in case we get the have you done this, shouldn't do that line of enquiry. good heating cycle, although chews up the power on heat, so much for 3 phase Bad warranty service, poor communication with all levels of service, unreliable, poor cooling efficiency
