The Little Big Bamboo Dishwashing Eco-sheets

I gave a one star rating as that is the minimum I have to give. This product deserves a minus I rinse the dishes in the sink before I load them into the dishwasher. They aren't clean to the level of putting them back into the press as clean dishes but most of the food is washed from them and the dishwasher is basically just to get the last few small bits off and the end result should be clean dishes. Even with my old fairy pods it happens every now and again there may be one or two things that have a bit of food still on them and I just give them a scrub in sink to remove whatever it is and then back into dishwasher.

The little big bamboo sheets are put into the same place you would put your powder , tablet or pod.. I started with one sheet folded up and placed into the detergent flip door in the dishwasher. The dishes came out dirty after the cycle so I tried another single sheet and put the dishwasher on a second cycle with the same load of dishes. That time the dishes were still dirty and streaky too. A lot of the glasses looked like they had a white tint to them instead of being clear. The cutlery had all water marks and remains of food on them even after a second wash

The instructions on the box says that I may need extra sheets to get dishes clean and I was fine with that so I tried 2 sheets. Too many suds so I tried one and a half sheets... same result .. dirty dishes and streaks etc. I tried multiple cycles on different programs and still dirty and streaky. The rinse aid was full.

I sent an email to seller and was told to send sheets back at my expense. This wasn't right as faulty goods postage is supposed to be paid for by the seller and sheets were faulty as they didnt clean properly. After I queried this I was ghosted by the seller but yet still received lots of marketing emails.

I eventually got my refund for sheets but not the postage. The sheets don't clean properly or at all. The water in the dishwasher probably did all the cleaning. Save your time and money and extra time trying to communicate with the seller ... they ghosted me. Email and phone.. These sheets don't work and I am back using fairy pods which work great. No more dirty dishes or streaks
