Would not recommend – Management knows admin use cctv footage of members for their own amusement and refuses to address the matter. Admin staff bully clients, and do not take on feedback. The management allows members and some staff to be bullied by their key admin and will not make it a safe place to work or exercise. Flooring is dangerous, equipment is old and worn out. Price hike for additional programs that can be achieved in regular membership.

Unhelpful – Joined the gym. They charged me $80 as an admin fee for joining and showed me round the gym. Since then all the staff stand around behind the desk and ignore you. They take your card and hand it back without as much as a hello. There are no staff members on the floor of the gym, ( must upset the morning talkfest). They are the most unhelpful gym I have ever attended. I wouldn't recommend it.

Worst customer service ever! – The customer service here is appalling, apparently even saying hello or goodbye to their customers is too much trouble, let along asking how your work out was. I asked if I could be quickly shown how to use some the the machines properly because of the poor instructions on them, but was told that would cost me $50 for a personal training session. When I said it wasn't really safe for me or their equipment if I were to use it improperly, I was told not to use the equipment if I wasn't sure of how to use it safely. Despite the fact they won't show you how to use the equipment unless you pay extra, they have the audacity to put up signs saying if you misuse the equipment your membership will be terminated.

Some of the weights machines aren't fixed to the ground properly so they wobble when you use them, and some of the seats on the machines wobble as well. They also cram equipment into each of the rooms (except for the 'executive room' which standard membership doesn't get you access to) like sardines in a tin can.

I got a 6-week membership off a Scoupon to see what the gym was like, it was money well spent in that I found out I would never want to be a permanent member there. Fairly nice modern decor. Machines are quite new (although poorly maintained) Terrible customer service

Terrible – Having been a member of this gym for 8 years as they was a cheap gym. Then they just turn to making a quick buck by changing your gym fee's with out letting you know. Having the fee's go up 4 times and only was told about only 1 price rise made me leave this gym. Canceling a class if there is less than 6 people when your paying so much money for that gym. If you dont like something dont complain as you will be asked to leave. new equiment no parking spaces over priced, only pay every fortnight no monthy payments means thay make more.
