Best bedding I have ever used! – I’ve been building up my collection of bedding from The Sheet Society for the past year or so, and absolutely love it. The quality is incredible, so well made, luxurious and beautiful. The fitted sheet elastic holds the sheet in place so well. I’m a bit of a restless sleeper and I’ve always had issues with the bottom sheet bunching up, but my… Read more
Sheet Society fitted sheet doesn’t do that, much to my amazement and delight. I recommend these sheets to my friends and family, some of whom have gone on the purchase their own sets with great results. Highly recommend!
Disappointed repeat client – I have recently purchased three sets of Leo washed cotton sheet sets for gifts for my family, after being so (so) happy with my previous purchases. I am however very disappointed that the fabric is not as it was. While the size, elastic, stitching and presentation are still great, the fabric is thin and TBH looks like department store quality. lables on my original sheets state long staple cotton but the new lables state 100% cotton. I won't be buying as special gifts in the future. nearly $600 of disappointment.
Highly recommend – I am about to make my third purchase. I was hesitate at first as I've had issue purchasing online brands before. I'm not someone that loves bedding but the sheet society makes gorgeous products. I have two lots of full bedding sets and they are so comfortable and fit perfectly. My favourite thing is the quilt zip closure (which was the main… Read more
reason for trying them). Getting a personalised card with each purchase just makes it that little bit more special.
Spoilt for quality, hard to go elsewhere – Prompt delivery, communication spot on and all round great experience, complete with personalized note. We love our new sheets. Highly recommend the cotton satine in Harlow grey spot, feel amazing and looks incredibly smart. Show details
LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE SHEETS – I will never buy sheets from anywhere else ever again. They have a thick elastic all round, the material is amazing quality, the fitted sheets do not come out and the pillowcases have a deep overlap so you don’t see the pillow inside. I am completely sold and Sheet Society have a customer for life with me. Show details
Beautiful Duvet Cover – I ordered a sage green eden cotton duvet cover for my comforter and was not disappointed, incredible quality. Only critique is that it doesn’t have those little ties for the corners of the comforter to keep it in place. The color is exactly as pictured and it’s soft and comfortable. Absolutely in love!! Not to mention I live in Alaska and this was… Read more
mailed from Australia. No packages ever get to Alaska very fast, especially international ones, so I was expecting it to take about two and a half weeks. It came in six days. SIX DAYS. TOTALLY blew my mind!! If i ever need anything bedding related again I will be getting it from this company!
All queen quilt covers from this company are the wrong size – I've ordered/exchanged in total 4 sets of quilt covers/pillow cases. The material feels lovely and colours are gorgeous BUT, ALL if the quilt covers have been 10-15cm too long on both sides. They're advertised as 210x210cm covers (standard queen size quilt) but all the ones I've ordered have been 220-225cm long or wide. I purchased a brand new… Read more
quilt for winter and it was smaller (also I measured their cover using a tape measure, so it's not me).Customer service was not helpful, saying the sheets 'shrink in the wash'. The company advertises that the sheets are pre-washed so this should not be an issue. They also suggested I wash them but informed me that if I did, I could no longer return them - why would I take this chance??
Returns are easy, but with this huge issue I would not recommend until they revisited their sizing.
Will never buy anything else – 10/5 stars. Amazing soft sheets and my 100kg hubby doesn’t pull the fitted sheet off in the corner when he moves around. Winner!!! I tried for years to find great sheets for our very high mattress. Will never buy anything else now! Show details
Hotel Quality – I purchased the Eden Cotton pillowcases in navy blue a couple of years ago just to test this business out. Here we are 2022 and they have not deteriorated at all, and the colour has not faded at all after weekly 40C washes during the warmer months Oct-April. Only negative is excessive packaging Show details
Sheets have pilled – I purchased Sheet Society cotton sheets after reading all the positive reviews and looking for deep walled sheets. Was happy to pay a little bit more than normal as I wanted to support a local company. I have had the sheets for about 6 months now and the bottom fitted sheet has pilled terribly. It has happened exactly where my husband I I both… Read more
lie. I have contacted Sheet Society and they asked how I washed them - in my top loader with about half a cap of eucalyptus washing liquid and then straight on the line. They stated that this was fine and offered to replace the sheet or suggested I try the Eve linen sheets. I read another review who had their pilled sheets replaced and the same thing happened. They have been really good to communicate with and had no hesitation in offering a replacement.
Beautiful buttery smooth well made bedding! – The deep base is brilliant!! No more struggling to fit over a thick mattress & topper. Buttery soft. Arrives prewashed & ready to use! What a magnificent service. I only buy my bedding from The Sheet Society after the first couple of experiences. I now buy on mum's behalf also . Well made, top quality fabric & decently luxurious for TC & price.… Read more
Fast delivery. Seller responds to all queries in a timely manner. Customer service is of high quality & they care about their customers. Definitely will continue to buy from The Sheet Society. The doona/quilt covers are also well made . I hope they continue increasing design & colour range.
Excellent customer service, product quality debatable – I purchased The Sheet Society sheets two weeks ago after a personal recommendation and was really surprised to find there are so few reviews of their products beyond their own website. Their website reviews are strongly positive but mostly focus on packaging & presentation and what the sheets are like when they arrive (pre washed, ready to put on… Read more
the bed) - there don't seem to be many about ongoing durability etc. I'm aware that one of the strong points of this company is their marketing (especially through social media) so I was a little wary as I'm much more interested in the product than the marketing - I've had a few sheet purchases over the years that have ended up being disappointing - but I had really high hopes that they had gotten it right as they're certainly not the cheapest sheets out there. Fingers were crossed!
The other big reason I purchased from them was for the deep wall on their fitted sheet. I have had trouble finding sheets that fit my deep mattress well. When these sheets arrived they fitted beautifully, the best fit I've had since I bought the mattress several years ago. I'm not sure how long the stitching around the fitted sheet elastic will last as it’s just one line of straight stitch - no reinforcement or zigsag - but at least with the sheets being generously sized there shouldn't be a lot of tension on that seam.
Unfortunately the fitted sheet pilled after the first wash and the flat sheet has that 'fuzzy' feel which indicates it will also pill with time. In less than three weeks they are no longer smooth and comfy. To the company's credit they offered to send a replacement set immediately and without any hesitation, however after questioning my washing habits they also blamed the detergent I used to wash the sheets - the same detergent that's been washing all the sheets I've owned (and all of our clothes - we're a family of four) for the past decade without any issues. It's not a budget detergent, it's a sensitive-skin liquid and I use very little. I will try a different detergent brand when the replacement sheets come but everything I read about sheet quality suggests the most likely reason for pilling on cotton sheets is inferior quality. This happened after one wash, not several, and the sheets are two weeks old - so something doesn't add up for me and I don't truly believe it's about the detergent or all our cotton sheets over the years would also have been affected. TSS did offer to refund my money if I preferred though so there are no qualms about dealing with them if you want to give them (and your own detergent) a go. I am disappointed though. I can go back to my old trusty sheet brand which has never let me down in terms of comfort or durability, but will lose those lovely deep fitted sheet walls!
Photos taken immediately after the second wash. This isn't a detergent's fault, these are poor quality cotton.
ETA: second set arrived and have pilled on the bed even before a first wash. The company still say it’s my detergent’s fault despite the fact I haven’t yet washed them. The upside is that if you are willing to give these sheets a go, they will (at this stage) do the right thing and replace or refund if you have an issue. You’ll just have to be able to get past the feigned surprise that you have a problem and fact that they’ll tell you it’s something you’re doing wrong. Your detergent, your PJs, some other mysterious thing…

Just to follow up. Got a replacement fitted sheet and the same pilling has happened. Disappointed ☹️
