I updated my TM5 to the TM7 in July/ August last year. I have a lot of regrets handing my TM5 over to a friend before properly using my TM7. It updates everytime I turn it on. It wanted 10-15 minutes as I went to cook dinner for the 100th time yesterday and I had to revert back to stove top/ pots and pans galore. Plus the subscription basis for… Read more
recipes is so unfair I just bought the cook book separately. I recommend the TM5 but not the TM7. You can tell who in corporate decided on these tech advances for what is meant to simplify cooking. If there was a way I could get my refund in full I would be going through that process. I hope everyone can read this before purchasing a near $3000 AUD devise that has to update every time it’s switched on.
I have bought TM7 for my mums birthday a month ago. Not ideal that is black as it is quite unpractical colour in the kitchen (at least for us). To top it off you have to spend additional money for a Cookidoo subscription otherwise it is really pointless to use TM7. I have to say I’m quite disappointed that after spending a significant amount… Read more
of money on the product, there don’t seem to be any included benefits. It feels like any bonus or extra still requires additional spending.
Purchasing TM31 was much beneficial experience .
I love my TM7 - I upgraded from a TM6 a little while ago and was so unsure if it was necessary - but I’m so glad I did. The screen is huge like an iPad, it’s much more quieter than I expected too. Heaps of other little nifty features have been updated to make it even more user friendly! If you are sitting on the fence but don’t mind spending the… Read more · 1
money or trading in your old one - just do it, I’m so happy I took a chance it’s way better than I thought it would be!

Rusty blades, this is my second ones. Now Thermomix say this is normal and won’t do anything further. Show details

From the initial demo with Byron in Perth, WA through to purchase, the whole process was completely hassle free. Byron was incredibly knowledgeable and made the demonstration both informative and enjoyable. After purchasing the Thermomix TM7, the service continued to impress. The machine arrived within a week, and Byron personally assisted with… Read more
delivery, setup, and a full walkthrough. He explained how to use Cookidoo, showed useful tips on the machine, and made sure everything was ready to go.
What really stood out was the level of support. Byron even went out of his way to deliver an extra Thermomix bowl that had accidentally been sent to his house — and we don’t live close — which was greatly appreciated.
Since receiving the TM7, I’ve used it every day. It’s incredibly easy to use, simple to clean, and the Cookidoo connectivity — linking recipes directly to an automatic shopping list — makes cooking so convenient. Planning weekly meals is made simple and less food waste - which is exactly what I was looking for. The machine also provides helpful tips along the way, making it easy to try new recipes with confidence.
Overall, the experience — from demo to delivery and ongoing support — has been outstanding. The TM7 is a fantastic appliance, and the advice and service from Byron made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
The machine is great, however, customer service is appalling. No wonder you pay upfront as they don’t need to work for your custom once you’ve paid. Disgusted! Show details
Follow-up · I received a call from a team leader who promised to send magazines and get a host to call me to organise a demo. Guess what, nothing eventuated. Terrible service.

Customer service is beyond a joke - I am now returning my TM7. This all started with a defective spatular, which a quick google search you will see everyone has the same issue. The spatular likes to split, it's too soft for this machine, I have stronger IKEA spatulas that do a better job. Then attitude of VLAD;A appalling. A lecture on how they… Read more
will replace this as a one off, as a gesture of good will, once only, if it occurs again I have to pay etc.. then telling a grown man how to use a spatular and how to get the best out of it by talking to my consultant... HA. I have asked to refund my TM7 - I have issues with Cookidoo not syncing properly in my timezone. Works fine online and on my phone but is 10-11hrs behind on the machine itself. The recipes don't work that great. As a very experienced cook, this was supposed to make life easier not harder. Stock pastes coming out sloppy when the cookidoo instructions tell you it should be fairly dry... double or triple cooking times than what are stated. Fruity dream works with pretty much only berries, try anything else it's a soup! This is definitely a major flaw. They will only show you fool proof recipes on a demo, they know anything more complex means it will show all the flaws. The service is widely known to be poor after looking online. It must be the same little person behind the scenes. They are yet to respond to my email for a refund - The agent VLAD;A I was dealing with also stated she wouldn't escalate my complaint and the issue is now resolved... haha! I'm sorry? if I want to complain about you, you absolutely have no right to tell me it won't be escalated. OFT will be contacted by the end of the week if an outcome isn't reached :) This could have all been avoided if you actually gave good service, for a machine that costs $2,649, plus extras, you bet you should be providing a d#mn good service...

I upgraded my TM6 to TM7 At first I didn’t really think there was gonna be a much of the difference but there is a huge difference not just the screen. It’s the settings and how you use it and you’re also found that some of the dishes that I used… Read more · 1
to make in my tm6 have turned out better in the new Thermomix I haven’t done anything differently. I just think that maybe the temperature settings are different. It is a little bit quieter. I’m not a lot quieter that people state it is.
I love the option that you can pick up the bowl and it’s not hot. It’s insulated and also has the option to clean the blade and you can get it out which you couldn’t do with the prior model.
I didn’t think you could get better than the prior model, but this actually is excellent.
Follow-up · The recipe updates are seamless . The blade removal is great so easy , I feel now that I can remove the blade I’m able to make sure everything is clean . I still use the self clean option just as a habit of many years of owning a Thermomix . The insulation cover on the bowl is solid and easy to remove when cleaning . I do love the ability to… Read more
The TM7 is a great upgrade to the family. The Sales and Marketing hype is rubbish. Thermomix marketing gloss with shallow delivery. My wife and I have purchased 4 thermomixers’ over the last 10 years. We are a couple that love cooking and see the added benefits in owning a Thermomix. We have owned a TM5, 6 and recently bought 2x TM7’s. The… Read more
models have improved over this time, and we are happy to see that the TM7 is a good upgrade to the previous version that struggled with cookiedoo and connectivity. The product is clearly why we have been committed users. Our disappointment with Thermomix began when we purchased the TM6, with the ‘consultant’ never showing us how to get the best out of the product and us never fully understanding how to use cookiedoo and connect the device. I understand the ‘consultant’ became ill shortly after we made our purchase. Despite this we doubled down and recently purchased 2 x TM7’s one for us and another for our daughter as a wedding present. While we have been very happy with the product, and after sales service from our local consultant, the ‘rebates’ promised have never eventuated. We have been told that the ‘system’ did not allow for the rebates and again have been disappointed with the Thermomix marketing spin again! While the product appears to be good, the sales and marketing spin fails to deliver. Provide the proper after sales service and when you offer rebates or incentives, then deliver them!! Don’t promise a rebate on a product as a future purchase!! You cannot continue to expect your product to compensate for poor marketing and sales delivery!
