I recieved a faulty fan and the customer service was appalling. No one wanted to talk to me or return my calls or emails. Finally got through after contacting them close to 20 times. Explained I had already purchased another fan, due to no response, and wanted a refund.....so they sent me another fan.....plus it was also the wrong fan. I have given up... Show details

didn’t hesitate. I decided to replace the existing fans with 360 again. Unfortunately, this is where the wheels fell off.
One of the new fans turned out to be faulty. I contacted 360 for a warranty claim and, to their credit, the replacement part was sent promptly. But everything after that was a headache.
They told me they couldn’t find an electrician within their “price range” to carry out the repair. Eventually they booked the original installer — someone I already knew to be unreliable and whose workmanship I no longer trusted. He didn’t turn up, and frankly, his work in the past had raised questions.
So, I ended up hiring a different electrician myself — someone professional, punctual, and capable. I paid out of pocket just to get the job done properly.
I emailed 360 to let them know what I’d done, mainly so the unreliable electrician couldn’t claim the job. The reply I got back was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional — and it was clear they hadn’t even read my message properly.
After years of recommending 360 to friends and family, this experience has completely changed my view. The fans themselves are still excellent… but the customer service has gone downhill dramatically.
If you ever need warranty support, be prepared for frustration. Based on my most recent experience, I can’t confidently recommend 360 Fans anymore — not until their support returns to the standard they once offered.

Ordered two fans for home. I've just finished installing the first & I'm really impressed. The instructions are well laid out & easy to follow. Most difficult bit is putting a support in the ceiling. The remote is well set out, light is good, & dimmable. Has enough power for the bedroom, & nice & quiet. Very happy. Show details
Follow-up · As a follow up, both fans are working well. They are reversible, you can adjust the brightness/colour of the light. The remote takes a little getting used to, but it is handy.

I bought 2 Simplicity fans on-line, which were delivered very quickly. So far, they look good. I haven't installed them yet, but they'll join a bigger 132cm DC fan I bought several years ago from Three Sixty, which has been faultless. Very quiet & easy to control. No customer service – Purchased a lovely fan and when installed the motor made a loud noise when turning fan on and off plus a clicking sound when fan was in motion. Have sent two emails two weeks ago and filled out a warranty claim online last week and have had no response from them. There is no phone number I can ring to voice my concerns either. and am unable to use the fan that I paid for and wasted money paying for an electrician to install. Update. Finally answered by emails after 2 1/2 weeks. Replaced fan and payed for electrician to install. New fan works perfectly and so very quiet.
Nice, quiet fan – This is our second fan from ThreeSixty. We were impressed with the Spitfire we fitted to the master bedroom so we chose a Simplicity for the second bedroom. Both are excellent, quiet fans. The Spitfire is significantly more responsive to the remote control than the Simplicity but we are very happy with both
Excellent little fan – Love the aerodynamic look of this fan, it has a.great range of settings which makes it very quiet on the lower range.The different lighting modes are also great.
Great little fan – I wanted this fan for a small through way. It's perfect. Good airflow and quiet and a nice remote. The free postage and quick delivery is a winner too. Highly recommended
