The mop is unable to roll anymore after 2years use. Very disappointed. Due to the purchase price of this product, you would expect the product should be last longer but not malfunction after 2years. This vacuum mop is also too wet which leaving water marks on the floor. Specially when it tries to mop the corners, too much water coming out. You would not pick up this issue until you buy another vacuum mop brand to be able to compare. Steaming function is good idea but when you have wood floors then this function is useless. Overall not recommended to buy for such a price.

Just received this little beauty 5 days ago, I have hybrid wood plank floors in a pale driftwood colour, I also live in an area with red dirt/mud which stains everything it comes in contact with, including my floors. What a pleasant reassuring surprise this machine is, easy to click together, easy to fill and empty water reservoirs, click in, click out, and self propels itself along, you just have to hold on and pull back, so easy. I washed my floors with this on the same day I received it and the waste water was the colour of mud, unbelievable, I normally wash my floors weekly with all sorts of squeegees, microfibres, and products with buckets of hot soapy water, nothing has cleaned like this Tineco wonder, I empty waste water and refill clean water about 3 or 4 times to get around my house and it is sooo easy. It comes with a home base to stand in while recharging and performing self cleaning, again just tooo easy. I have washed my floors every day since receiving this and on day 4 the waste water is only slightly dirty, I will keep using this beauty daily until my waste water is clear. What a find, brilliant.

Fantastic Product – After my other known brand failed on 2 occasions (both products from new) I decided to give this machine a go, and I am so glad I did! It is super easy to set up and even easier to use. Both the clean and dirty water tanks only need cleaning and refilling once for my whole home, which is all floor boards and tiles. (4 bdr, study, kitchen, dining, rumpus, family, 2 bathrooms) and I go over the floors thoroughly, not just a quick going over. It’s light enough and easy enough to move around that its not an effort to get it out even for a quick tidy up. The self cleaning function is so simple to use. The head pulls apart easily for a deeper clean when needed as well. Theres only 2 pieces to remove from the head making dismantling, cleaning and reassembly quick and easy. I read reviews about the dirty water tanks smelling when not cleaned - do NOT let someone else’s lack of maintenance put you off this machine. It’s so quick and easy to clean after every use that there’s no reason this should ever be an issue. My only regret is that it doesn’t lay flat to get under my furniture - but there are other models that provide this feature, and this is on me for thinking I wouldn’t need it. Replacement rollers and filters are easily found and priced very reasonably. I honestly can’t rate this product highly enough. Well worth every cent!
