with the health benefits it’s totally worth it! My mum has also tried a lot of collagen formulas over the years and says toka has by far the best taste, so i’m really glad I caved and finally tried them out.

Really good I recommend this – I kept getting hit with their advertising and finally gave in. I was originally using another brand of collagen but I found this one to be more economical and I'm very pleased with the purchase. I bought both matcha and turmeric, and my personal favourite is turmeric as I like the spicey flavour. Their product is also Australian made. A+ to their customer service, they responded very quickly to my questions on their website.

Using it for a few months and skin feels great! – I ordered a mixed sachet in June as I've hit my mid 20s and decided it was time to take care of my skin. Love the taste, easy to drink and my skin feels amazing. Definitely part of my daily routine now :)

Products about to expire – I bought the 72 sachets. Spent a lot of money. It wasn't on sale to anything. And when I received the products it was all about to expire. Really disappointed.

collagen supplements have done much more to address the true signs of ageing. They had some supply issues due to COVID-19 but were clear in communicating to me about potential delays.

1 star at best – I ordered a mixed box and it was greatly delayed because apparently they changed packaging ? I found this to be a pretty weak reason. also a very grainy texture which just sit at the bottom of your cup. This happens both hot and cold which is really disappointing . Maybe TOKA should consider spending half as much time and resources on improving their actual product instead of their image and marketing!

Lovely product. Way more substantial than the other collagens in the market – My girlfriend could not stop raving on about this so I had to see what all the fuss was about. Absolutely awful – I purchased the mixed pack of collagen powder to try (Turmeric and Matcha) as I was looking to change brands. I tried the Turmeric flavour and it was absolutely disgusting, undrinkable. I don’t mind Turmeric when added to food but the TOKA lab Collagen drink was so strong I couldn’t stomach the taste. website from an email request they sent me and three weeks later it still hasn’t been published. I reviewed the product on their Facebook page and another customer replied agreeing with my negative experience. Since then TOKA Lab removed the review section from their Facebook page. I also emailed the company asking if I could return the unused packets (I only tried one) for a partial refund but yet haven’t received a reply three weeks on.

As part of their brand ethos, they state there is not enough transparency and accountability in their industry and yet they’ve handle my feedback unprofessionally by ignoring my email, deleting reviews from Facebook and not publishing my website review.

Be warned, unless you love the strong bitter taste of turmeric you won’t like their product at all. It’s horrible.
