arrived at the agreed time and date promptly, and all the work was done in one full day. Aidan even came back two days later to add a downpipe elbow as requested. They were professional, carried out a very neat and tidy job. Before leaving, they cleaned everything up and left it as they found it. We've had a storm today, and its great to see the area is finally nice and dry. We are pleased with TomKat’s services, we’d like to use them again in the future if we need to, and we would recommend them to anyone in need of good roofing services.

Happy with the experience – Both men who came to my home were very easy to deal with. They were on time and very professional. I was very happy with their service. I am happy with the product they installed in my roof.

Professional and polite – Tomkat were great from start to finish. They were accommodating to the time that worked for me. They turned up on time, left the site clean and tidy, fixed the issue I had with my roof and their customer service was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them.

Worst Service – Some of the worst service I've ever seen. They want you to pay most of the costs upfront, then show up whenever works for them and you can never reach them on the phone because they work limited hours. Would not use them again.

THE BEST 100% RECOMMENDATION – The Best trade I have ever engaged with . Always punctual , all work conducted in the most professional manor . After all the work was done all rubbish and debris was removed and left the property immaculate . The only sign that they were ever there was an amazing new roof on my parents home . No action – They deserve zero stars. 21/12 gave the go ahead. Two months later they have done nothing and asking to meet onsite to discuss. Don’t waste your time they are not professional not serious about what they do.

Warning ! – WARNING ! WHAT A NIGHTMARE Tomkat has been. ! 13 townhouses and a block of units. Just over 3 years on various leaks everywhere absolute Horror ! NO EXCUSES for poor workmanship or having zero knowledge when paid almost a Quarter of a million dollars. Care factor by Tomkat somewhat showed concern, they come out add more screws lots and lots of silicone hoping leaks would disappear, however this is to buy time and more time and justify themselves in pretending to fix the issue raised , then you get the cold shoulder and every excuses from them & HORRIFIC unsightly patch up jobs . Residents up in arms over the amount of leaks in the new roof . All documented ! I encourage all to do your homework properly before placing trust and thinking you’ll get a service that you pay for only to find out you’ve received no such thing. Just drenched ceilings, floors, walls damaged internals & fixtures a list of defects as Big if not Bigger than Tomkats terms and conditions.

Pointless having an aesthetically pleasing roof but on close inspection (see photos) it leaks like a sieve from numerous places due to inexperienced workmanship and lack of knowledge in installing such roofing .

Residents up in arms after having large scale renovations carried out , after new roof installed only to find leaks continue to come in and cause further heartache and damage. Listening to the Extensive excuses that Tomkat have used from leaves to water coming in through double brick walls , completely useless whirly birds , and vent caps evidently only last about 2yrs according to the Tomkat team . They even blamed Sydneys weather ! (Our old roof and gutters never cleaned in 20plus years not a single issue or leak)

Its never pleasant leaving negative review , However this is the outright TRUTH. On behalf of all residents and them giving input into the writing of this review , it has given absolute satisfaction to those affected by leaks and defects and suffering - Stress Tomkat have put them through. We were asked to remove a previous review by Tomkat who promised to fix leaks however this not been the case, reports of more leaks dodgy work the list is ENORMOUS . DO YOUR HOMEWORK before placing trust .! We trusted and supported this local family business with our homes and the promises they made however they let many families down!

Leak worsen-didn't clear gutter before seal with guard – Leak in more area after guard placed. Another roofer opened the guard and found pile of leaves in gutter. Spend the money on cleaning gutter on 2 storey and guard. Now Im paying for it to be taken out and clean. Get a professional you can trust.

Fantastic job & service! – We found a leak in our roof which was causing a bit of drama for us. We gave Tomkat a call and had the guys come out to inspect. Not only did they patch up the leak, they cleaned it all up nicely and it now looks as good as new! Thanks again - Job well done.

Works delayed for HALF A YEAR! – We paid over $3000 for works done on the roof and did not hear back for the first few months, had to make 20+ phone calls to finally have someone to come out for quotations only to find that these quotations were not passed on. these were delayed endlessly with no communication. When we contacted TOMKAT, we were either ignore, had incredibly rude receptionists and then given WEATHER excuses. Works were delayed for over 6 months. We will be making formal complaints.

Not trustworthy – Had few Q in relation to the quote. Called twice, email several times but no response. Can you trust a company who fail to reply general queries?

Roof leaks worsen and charge for rework – Paid close to $1000 for 2 short pipes to the gutter. It didn't solve the leak into the house, it got so bad the rain is pouring in the house. They charge for rework, change their prices after quote and don't response. If you are looking for roof expert beside cleaning, you will b surprised. Although cleaning is excellent if you don't mind leaving mess in your garden.
