didn't even work – I agree it should be banned, thought I should test it as I have the flu, currently 33 weeks pregnant. It turns on, then flashes temps etc, then just shows a square. Can't believe how stressed I would be if I thought the baby was sick and it didn't work. Disgusting behaviour, i didn't realise was cheap, thought tommee tipee was a reputable company and I had bought a simple digital product. the brand didn't even work

Shouldn't be allowed to sell – I have only used this once and won't use again. I bought it before my baby was born but only got to use it for the first time when he was 12 months and teething. Try putting a thermometer under the arm or in the mouth of a baby or toddler for a minute - too hard. They won't sit still. If its in the mouth they try and take it out. Don't even… Read more

know if I trusted how accurate the temperature was. I would definitely spend money on a good one for accuracy and convenience. Nice storage container Everything see overall comments

Inaccurate rubbish – I bought this for my newborn. Testing the thermometer under the armpit, my newborn's reading was 34, mine was 33 and my wife was 35. As far as I know, it should be 37 when healthy. Avoid cheap thermometers. Companies should be banned from making inaccurate products when infant are involved. Get a good one, it will be worth your peace of mind. nothing much inaccurate

Terrible – For adults I am sure it is probably fine especially for the price. But for babies I do not recommend it at all, it is just too hard to use and sometimes inaccurate plus if you get a bad reading you have to wait all over again and it's slow!! It really upsets my baby when I try too use this so I am looking for a new one though this time I'm… Read more

checking reviews first! :-)Great price but over all not worth it it remember the last temp it took, comes in hard case so it doesn't get damaged. cheap Very slow reading, very hard to keep under a riggly baby arm and my bubs is tiny. I have had some inaccurate readings so I don't really trust it.

Bad – This thermometer was really cost effective and is fine for taking an adults temperature or a child but is not quick or convenient enough to take an infants when they are not feeling well. This thermometer was really cheap. The screen is really easy to read. It comes with a hard, clear cover that is great for storing it in any medical box or bag.… Read more

You know that it is not going to get damaged in it. I found that it really takes too long to get the reading. My 6 month old has been really wrigglly when he has had a fever and I could not get an accurate reading wresling to hold his arm down long enough for the reading to complete.

OK – i am pretty happy with mine, it is however a little dearer then others on the market if mine broke i would probably just buy a cheaper one that was similar. it's very easy to work out how to use it, easy to read screen. it can be a struggle to try and undress them, whilst making sure there arms stays down and the themmoter is in place while it… Read more

takes it's reading. i also find whislt it is accurate i still need to take his temperature twice as the second reading can sometimes be different to the first and taking twice the time is not fun when there kicking and screaming.

Bad – It's extremely hard to use when my newborn was very unsettled, or hyper-active. I also didn't like holding my baby's arm down while measuring her temperature, especially it seems to take a long time to finish measuring. inexpensive easy to use slow reading
