I could not be more satisfied with my new fence. TCF staff were polite and helpful, the fence was erected in double-quick time and the fence itself is high quality with even height and lines, no gaps and a solid feel to it. I recommend TCF Mentone to anyone who wants the job done properly, quickly and easily. Thank you Geoff and all TCF staff.

We recently had two boundary fences replaced by Top Class Fencing. The company was a pleasure to deal with. The quoter turned up on time and the quotes were very competitive. The removers and installers turned up on the days they said they would. The staff were friendly and helpful. All rubbish was removed within 24 hours. Both neighbors and I think the fences look great and are very sturdy. I would definitely recommend them.
Poor service – Designed and installed a nice gate but the motor they selected & installed was not strong enough for the weight of the gate and the operating conditions. Refused to service after repeated requests. Sought independent advice confirming the problem and still didn't act. Be wary.
Happy customer – The fencing job is great. The on site work was done and completed as promised and on time My self and the Neighbours are very impressed and happy. Thanks, Jeff for a great job
Terrific new front fence! – I am very pleased with my new front picket fence. It was not an easy job being on a slight slope, but their solution met my requirements; it looks terrific and has transformed the house. A very professional company, from initial inspection and comprehensive quoting, removal of the existing fence and then installing the new one. And removal of all the rubbish! A great result.
No work ethic – Top class came out to give a quote in September. After waiting 3 months and numerous calls to get quote , Steve finally called to say he was embarrassed and he was hoping we would just ‘go away’ and get someone else as he said the job was too hard and he had plenty of easier jobs to do. believe businesses are out there that think like this. I guess honesty and a decent work ethic is not a priority for this business.
Fence doesn't last, not installed properly to start – I've had the same experience as Mick whose review was posted 8 months ago. My fence was also installed 6 and a half years ago. Even just after the guys left I noticed the fence was swaying slightly. I had landscapers there at the time and mentioned it to them so we dug down to see how the posts had been installed. CONCRETE AT ALL poured at the base. The two next ones had very little. Funny though because when they left they left one and half bags of concrete behind - was it for me to do it myself? The landscapers were kind enough to add more concrete where it was needed. I should mention too that I paid the extra $30 to have the rubbish taken away and they just left it on my nature strip.
Anyway, now after 6-1.2 years the fence is leaning just like Mick's and I know I'll get no help from Top Class as they did nothing when I complained to the boss when it was first installed. So I'm going to have to have it braced and attach some ratchet straps to keep it secure (good look hey?). My previous fence lasted nearly 25 years. So that says it all!
Good Job – Well built paling fence, steel posts. Fast commencement. Good clean up. Good communications. All good really.
Fast and efficient – Top Class fencing put a wooden fence up between my property and next door. They were quick and very efficient from the removal of the old fence to putting up the new one the next day after demolition. They did a great job and I would highly recommend this company.
CRAP AS – After 6 years the photos below tell the story. When I asked them to come and have a look, I was told it was out of warranty, the warranty is for 12 months. Now when the wind blows the fence sways a lot, who is going to be held responsible if the fence does do damage when it collapses. Top class fencing (TOP CLASS CRAP).

Beyond terrible – Kingston council arranged the job as my house is next to a park. Fence looked good initially but after only 6 years it started to fall down. Upon inspection all posts were rotten at ground level. In addition rails are split and palings have curled up and warped. Top price paid for the cheapest materials possible. Don't waste your hard earned money with this company.
Very satisfied customer – A pleasure to deal with a great family business. Everything from first conact on the phone to completion of my fence was handled efficiently and professionally. Would recommend Top Class Fencing without hesitation.

Great service – We needed a new fence and due to lockdown everything was delayed. Geoff from Top Class was so accommodating and despite his backlog helped organise our new fence as quickly as he could. We are thrilled with the result and would definitely recommend Top Class Fencing
A company worth their weight in gold – Could not be happier with this company. Great job and great team constructing the fence. I would definitely encourage people needing a fence to give top class fencing a call.
Double the quote price – I called some months after receiving the quote and was told that the price was now double the original quote and that the company didn’t do ‘small’ jobs anymore. Not great customer relations and obviously they don’t need the work. My ‘small’ fencing job came in just under $2,000 and now it would be double that. I thought I’d warn others to steer clear. Very disappointed.
