It is a poorly designed product. It is advertised for cleaning wet areas and is used in conjunction with water. Second time I used scrubber was in shower recess. I used it for approx 5-10mins when it stopped. Pulled apart and saw water in connectors on handle. There was not much but there should not have been any. It has a collar which I presume is to stop this happening - Fail. Scrubber may have stopped as battery got wet. Battery is not protected in any way from water - Fail It is a heavy gadget when used as a hand-held scrubber. It is hard to operate using one hand only due to weight. Hand-held scrubber is bulky and hard to use, or cannot be used, in confined spaces. Manoeuvring in small shower recess is basically impossible due to length of handle connecting to battery handle.I went to use behind heavy pot plants and it was too bulky to fit. Cannot get behind taps and spouts in most bathrooms due to size. There is a button to change angle of head to 45°. This button needs the strength of Sampson to be able to press. If you are taller person, there is not enough length in handle. It needs a handle with varying heights to cater from short to tall. Whilst scrubber was good on slate floor, it was purchased to do other cleaning jobs besides floors.

09 June 2025 Update Have been trying to clean shower recess for three days. Each time battery has had a tiny bit of water drip on its side and it dies. You can't dry it, you can't recharge it. Have to wait at least 12 hours before thing will start again.
