The sound is good. The extras don't work – I don’t know if I have a faulty pair, but my experience isn’t good up to now. Noise cancelling just doesn't work: it changes the sound of a food processor eg, but doesn't reduce it at all. Connecting to my phone took some random taps and the earbuds don't often connect to the app first time. There is supposed to be a white flashing light when they are ready to pair but there isn't. The app doesn't always exit after the required two taps on the back button either.

Not very comfortable at first for me but much better, fine in fact, with domes from another pair of earbuds.

Can't adjust position in my ears without changing the setting because they are touch sensitive. Very irritating!

'Transparency mode' setting just leaves me mostly deaf (unable to hear the person next to me in a quiet place) as my ears are blocked by the earbuds. I guess transparency mode doesn’t do what I’d expect.

Music sounds really great! And they work pretty well with a hearing aid app that I'm trying.
