I have used Anna’s Wild Yam Cream successfully for many years, so I am very familiar with how wild yam cream should support menopausal symptoms. Based on that positive experience, I decided to try Tre Lune Wild Yam Cream, especially as it is promoted by Barbara O’Neill and made by her daughter.

Unfortunately, after using Tre Lune consistently for one full month and over a repeated cycle, all of my menopausal symptoms returned severely. This included intense hot flushes, inability to fall asleep, frequent night waking, mood swings, and overall exhaustion. The sleep deprivation alone was unbearable and significantly affected my daily functioning.

I was genuinely shocked, given the overwhelmingly positive reviews online. My personal experience was the complete opposite. The formulation feels far too weak, and I strongly suspect that the wild yam content is diluted by excessive carrier oils, making it ineffective for hormonal support—at least for someone who has previously responded well to properly formulated wild yam cream.

I truly wanted this product to work and had high expectations, but after nearly a month of suffering, I had no choice but to stop using it. Sadly, the product was expensive and ultimately unusable for me, and I have had to discard it.

I believe this product may not be suitable for women who rely on effective, therapeutic-strength wild yam cream for menopause symptom management. Given the severity of my reaction and the cost, I sincerely wish a full refund were possible.

Follow-up  · The texture is smooth and scent is neutral. Packaging is very nice but that’s not the point as the product for me personally doesn’t work with the expensive price that they asked for which the yam cream was not the key ingredients but with other carrier oil. They didn’t even include my honest opinion on their product web site which is to me very disappointing. I have unfollowed Barbara O’Neill since then.
