Loved mine until the plastic on the base of the jug split – Base of the jug wasn't removable. Well mine wasn't the base split now I can't use it but definitely would if I could get a new jug with removable base for my one.  Show details

terrible parts and applications – This is the most complex and silly blender I have ever had. One shouldn't need a round spanner to unscrew the blades. When you finally manage and clean and put together again, the liquids leak out of the glass jar part. I hate the bloody thing even if it is powerful. The P78 Leyland V8 was powerful too, but BOY, was it a lemon. So is this.  Show details

Not happy Jan – The seal leaks & has rendered the blender unusable, which is a pity as the jug, blades & motor are still fine & up until the recent leak has been an excellent blender. No idea how to contact the company to ask how to fix the problem as there are no contact details on their website & as the blender is out of warranty the re-seller has no responsibility for the product fault. I wouldn't purchase anything from this company in future.  Show details

Brown rusty goo, no contact details – My blender developed the same brown rusty goo at the bottom which I'm certain made it's why into my blended juices. All I need to know about this company is that they don't want anyone contacting them, there are zero contact details anywhere!! Obviously a lot of faith in their own products if they don't want consumers to be able to engage with them  Show details

Trent and Steele not up to the mark – This blender has given fairly good service but i too have experienced the problem where the jug develops a break in the seal and leaks liquids int the base of the machine. the crevice it gets into beneath the glass section is impossible to clean but i guess it is not reparable anyway. disappointing.  Show details

Good but how do you take off the black base? – Great machine does all I want but how do you get the black base off from the clear hug - not the blade but but the black base....it is getting gunk in it and need to clean - but can't get it off - any help appreciated as I just can't figure it out.  Show details

Started off well but deteriorated – The blade and gear on the jug has developed a leak (brown goo) and is wobbly! Assume it's a faulty bearing and or seal? Is it covered under warranty?

Blew the lid with soup – I bought this blender to make smoothies and soups. Made soup and blew the lid right off. Will contact Trent & Steele and ask for a refund...this is a very dangerous product. Soup all over kitchen and myself. Very poor product.

Dangerous – I've had my blender for 7 months without issue, until I tried to use it to blend soup last night and it blew up big time. I turned the half full blender to the lowest setting and it massively malfunctioned, went to the highest setting, blew the lid off and covered the kitchen and myself in soup. To make things worse I could not turn the blender… Read more

off using the controls, I had to try and flip the power switch on the wall, which was also covered in soup. The malfunction tripped the safety switch in the house. I now have a broken blender (we tried to turn it on again using a different power point - completely broken), a power point full of soup and not much good to say about Trent and Steele. It was just fortunate that it was an adult using the blend and not my daughter.

Leak in Jug – A great blender in terms of capacity and looks good in the kitchen. Experienced what appears to be a common leak problem with the jug, per leak at the base after 2 months which is a pity. Harvey Norman replaced it and the current one is ok for now (2 months)

This WAS a great blender – Thought I should update on this one. I loved this blender. And for 9 months it was perfect. Then I found that water was seeping thru the base of the glass and into the electrics. This resulted in myself receiving a slight shock. It's a small design fault that I hope they correct with future blenders. I should also point out I used this blender 1-2… Read more

times daily! I received a full refund and bought myself a breville kinetix. Bbl605. More expensive, but for now it's doing the job. And there's no issue with water seeping thru with this one. I would consider another T&S blender in the future, as long as this particular fault was addressed.

Did it's job for about 6 months, then developed a nasty leak from the base of the Jug – I was quite impressed with this blender initially as it made a beautiful smoothie from frozen fruit, water and protein powder, which is essentially all I wanted it to do. After about 5 months, i noticed a rusty dust under the jug and about a month later it developed a serious leak, rendering the blender useless. I was unable to return it to the… Read more

store as I misplaced my receipt and haven't been able to find it. Not only this, there is no way to contact the manufacturer, there is zero contact details on their webpage. So I am left with a useless but expensive blender. Quite frustrating really considering as it was Australian made and it came with a two year warranty which made me think it would be a decent blender. So I can't recommend this blender as it didn't even last half a year.

Needed a replacement after a month – It blends. That's perfect. After just one month of use it stopped working and I needed a replacement. My replacement was fine for about a week, then I noticed brown gunk coming out of the bottom. It leaks. I pulled it apart and gave it a good clean, it still leaks when blending. Also, now a rust colour comes out of the blades system and it also… Read more

leaks through the blades system into the base. Along with stuff that leaks through the rubber seal into the base.

Amazing! Hello green smoothies – This blender makes perfect green smoothies when most others leave them pulpy and yuk! This is why I chose this blender over other similar ones, it had the best reviews and comments on its ability to blend leafy greens. I wanted it specifically for my Acai bowls and green smoothies and I do not regret my choice!

Excellent blender – Excellent blender. A bit noisy (but with the 1200 W engine you'd expect that) but makes a perfect smoothie every time. Fruits and veggies blended with ice and coconut water - delicious. Made a nice consistency. Could change the consistency with more or less water depending on what you like. Easy to clean. Switch control nice and easy. Very neat… Read more

looking blender too. Haven't tried blending nuts yet. But definitely makes fruit/veg smoothies perfect. $200 in total from Harvey Normal with a 5year guarantee/product warranty. Certainly beats the $200+ Nutribullet at 600W....
