Too hard to work with – This product requires massive force which make it very difficult to operate. Things become more difficult when you need to staple a narrow place. Not recommended at all. The whole purpose of staple gun is to use less force not to get hand pain after use! Also it is not suitable for stapling from various angles.

Hey Trojan Customer Service, Thanks for responding to my feedback and I appreciate your care. I am not sure how your customer service team can help me here because there is no fault in the product I purchased. I actually see there is a fault in the product design (or at least the one I have got).
I don't need any assistance with the product as you can read in my comments. The thing is that this product is so hard to use and not practical to use in angles. It requires a massive force to operate and that is not why I purchased stapler. The whole purpose of a stapler is to make it easier to staple. If I need to use both hands to push hard and not be able to staple corners, this product has no use for me.
To be honest, I used this stapler only for a day to staple few chickens nets. Then I threw it in the corner and maybe will use when I want to do some wrist training!

Worked Well – I reupholstered my dining chairs. Staples flat 8 mm went through well with Trojan medium staple gun. Quite light seat wood. Had to redo as material no good and easy to remove staples too.

Frustrating and useless – I am attaching an image of the only useful thing to dpo with this piece of junk. Practicing sledg hammer aim. Fires a satple maybe 5% of the time and when it does it is incapable of penetrating fairy floss.

Hate it, threw in the bin – Have to use a lot of force to squeeze the trigger which is dissapointing, also the staples get getting jammed! There is no quick way to open it up to get the jammed staples out. This went in the bin.

My favourite tool! – I purchased the Trojan 3 in 1 medium duty staple gun from Bunnings about 6 months ago and have used it almost everyday for a variety of jobs. It has never let me down - it is easy to use and the staples are very economically priced. I have used it for furniture re upholstering, repairing shade cloth and hanging outdoor lights just to name a few. It has become one of my all time favourite tools. For the price (around $15 I think it was) it is a really awesome little tool.
