My skin is looking radiant and most importantly I tore my knee ligaments a couple of months ago and I’m sure this product is helping with the repair of my meniscus mainly because of it’s collagen support which definitely adds to the healing process Another important thing to mention is it’s better to take it before bed as the healing process on our bodies is from 11 pm to 2pm when the body is resting and is in healing mode Great Product Great Taste
