Tastes great, but just as importantly, it mixes really easily. With warm milk, stirring with just a spoon does the trick. I tried it with just cold water in the True Shaker, and it still mixed really well. Show reply

Amazing drink I get to enjoy with harsh chemical or sugar. Yum on its own or with a little of your fav milk, even better full fat cream for more nutrition. Been going to gym for years and not one for all the product hype.
