I don't know how they've done it, but the flavours of the protein shakes are ridiculously good. I am very fussy with protein shakes and have tried many and some have been ok, but I gave True Protein a go and was not disappointed. I love prodefine! Usually always defaulted to wpi 90 but this is the level I need - the appetite suppressant support - delish & easy to mix into yoghurt or water noticeably stickier compared to wpi 90 but none the less delicious & better for my goals! Show details ·  1

I realised that I don't have enough protein in my diet so I tried a few protein powders, but didn't like the strong aftertaste of most of them. True is soooo much yummier than the others I've tried. Plus it comes in different formulations for different people's needs, & in lots of flavours. I've tried vanilla, chocolate & mocha so far & would recommend them all. sometime mix a banana in and it tastes amazing . The thing I most love about it is that it doesn't leave a aftertaste or causes bloating . Also the fact that it has minimal ingredients make it a great choice for someone who believes in clean eating.
