look at it and if it was faulty they would refund me my product and postage. At the same time I was also told that it would not be watered down as they received product from many different sources and sometimes they looked a little different, but over all the years of using this product, I knew what it should look like and smell like and I could compare it to the other bottle. The product was very watery and only had a slight perfume. I had to use triple the amount for any effect. I told them they should pay for the return postage, but they said that was my problem. I will not be buying from this company again. Postage would have been very minimal for them and as their product was faulty, they should have paid for it.

I am happy now, I have found another company with much better and cheaper products, who will pay for return postage if anything goes wrong.

Customer service is non existent – I purchased some items from Twisted Fizzers. I was excited when my order arrived. As I wasn't home when it got here, I headed down to the post office and picked it up. I got home and opened the package only to see it wasn't my order. I let them know that this wasn't possible as I'd already opened it (the box had my name on it but had someone else's products and invoice in it - Australia Post won't take packages and RTS if they have been opened). I was then advised my only option was to go to the Post Office and pay for return to delivery to them. I was in the line for over half an hour. I paid for the return postage (which was refunded by Twisted Fizzers) and eventually got my package (I hope that the other person got theirs as well!).

I was surprised that they didn't care how inconvenienced I was. It would have been nice for them to acknowledge this and even throw in a small product as a 'sorry for the inconvenience' but no. I have stopped purchasing from them as a result. It may not sound like a lot to others but I am very time poor but their lack of concern shocked me.

I understand that businesses make mistakes but it's how they deal with their mistakes is what makes the difference. I also expect some kind of backlash from them for this review. I've seen how they respond to other people who leave negative reviews and I'm ready for it. It's a shame I had to leave one at all. It could have been easily fixed.

Waste of money – Its bicarbonates and oil i could make it so ive wasted money

All products – Never been disappointed with anything from the company I religiously purchase melts and bath bombs and cleaning products for everyday use, will never be disappointed with anything. They constantly are making new amazing products that I can’t resist!

My children absolutely love all bath products. My whole family including siblings and parents love all products – 110% satisfied with all products, massive range of products. And navigating The store page is very simple, highly recommend store

Love it – Great to get my bath products and cleaning products in an offordable manner There for not blowing my budget. Having humm is amazing and I don't want to live without it. Yay to humm
