still no response. I have been asking for someone to respond and for me to return these products to uklash for a refund and am being completely ignored. Uklash has zero customer service and should not be trusted to sell anything consumable to people. My advice is to check your expiry dates on anything you order.

I have sent through a number of emails and have not been given a solution whatsoever apart from them explaining the ‘testing’ their products go through……. So I am now having to pay for something that has not only just caused me a stye however, I quite possibly will be left with a permanent lump on my eyelid which will only be removed surgically. Disgusting customer service, have never dealt with anyone like them.

Amazing serum that really does what it says – This is by far the best lash serum I have ever used. I have seen results in less then 2 weeks! This is the only serum I will buy now. Never received the order – Ordered UKlash twice! First beginning 2023 and took me more than 3months to receive the first order only after following up on the order! Second time in November 2023, never received my product and they claimed this has been delivered!! This company is not responding and not trustworthy! Very bad customer service! and they keep ignoring my initial request and are running around in circles. The customer service is appalling. I have written off my money now, with the run around they are giving me , and to my personal opinion, I believe this to be a fraudulant company.

Don't order from them.. They don't send items and provide fake tracking details – Did not receive my item, tracking details provided seemed to work initially but after a week or two could no longer get into it. Contacted the company after a month advising I never received my order and its nearly been another month and still not resolved. Told me twice they would resend the order by nothing. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back

Lashes have doubled in length! – I wore lash extensions for 5 years and when I took them off they were so tiny and almost non-existent. I started using UK lash serum and my eyelashes are now so long that friends have asked me whether I'm still wearing lash extensions. Show details

This product works but make lashes fall off – I thought give it a try so I bought a package UK Lash and Brow. I noticed lashes have grown and Brows were thicker. However, about 6 weeks after lashes have fallen off I could feel they dropped in my eyes and felt very irritated. My eyebrows have gaps because some of brows also dropped. UK-RASH! – I got a rash within a week. Customer service was accusatory after I followed instructions correctly and I do not have sensitive or reactive skin. Revitalash worked much better without any reaction for me previously. Would never recommend this product! Show details

Really disappointed – Waited ages for this product to arrive from UK. Didn’t realise the money back guarantee was only valid if you take before and after photos! Have used it since November 2020. Spent $70 on a dismal product that has done nothing to change the length or fullness of my lashes or brows. Really disappointed. Show details

Actually for reals works – I bought this product in April - it took about 4 months of using it every night but it did work! I reckon my eyelashes are twice the length the were, although no more volume that normal. I love them! I did get a red line near my lash line, but it's not irritated and I can cover it with concealer. I've used a few eyelash serums before and this one actually works! Worst product ever – This serum did absolutely nothing in either lengthening or thickening my eyelashes. They also sell it in 3ml bottles which is way low than others. Try this product if you really want to waste your money
