So if more bass is preferred, it's simple to do. It's waterproof, dust proof and even drop-proof. On top of the unit are the buttons to "Pair with your phone" "To start playing" And "To skip a song etc" When you press the "Start button" you will hear a short drum roll and the same drum roll when you stop. 3 hours to a complete charge which will give up to 15 hours of power. Very long USB charge cord. Comes in different colours and the instructions are incredibly easy to understand. The only drawback is the buttons on top of the unit are not quite clear. There is enough volume to use this outside.

Connecting the speaker is extremely easy and the BOOM app allows you to adjust the speaker's EQ settings, create custom playlists and connect multiple Boom 3 speakers for a truly awesome musical experience.

The Ultimate Ears Boom 3 speaker is extremely durable and sturdy. It has been knocked off my desk way too many times by my music loving cat who can’t stop his tail from feeling the beat, and it is still in perfect condition. It is both waterproof and dustproof, so you can listen to your favourite tunes whilst at the beach, pool, camping or any other outdoor adventure.

The Boom 3 has a long battery life, lasting up to 15 hours. This makes it ideal for day trips or barbecues on the back patio. The micro-USB charging port makes it easy to recharge, I have mine set up on my desk and just plug it in as required.

Pros: Beautiful, modern, chic design. 360° sound, with amazing audio quality. Durable, waterproof and compact.

MegaBoom 3 - Painfully inadequate! – These speakers, (I have 4), have been an exercise in frustration. Apart from the constant crackling, interference issues, in my experience you will be spending 10% of your time reconnecting and overcoming the speakers dropping out. As for their claim that you can pair many speakers, ha, I seriously doubt that, you would be walking around the room… Read more

reconnecting and pairing them the entire time. To be fair, when everything is working as expected they are great, sadly that is only about 60% of the time.

I would seriously suggest going with a more stable app. and a better quality speaker. I am going to put my 4 Megaboom 3 speakers in the cupboard, chalk it up to experience and start fresh with Sonos, something I should have done in the beginning.
