One of the only two non-fragrant dishwashing tablets – Saw all those 1 star reviews and feel the need to login and defend this product, it's amazing, it washes better than the "polar bear" brand which is also non-fragrant, too bad it's only sold in woolies and not every store has it!

Just doesn’t clean or sparkle – Oh I had high hopes as I love the laundry liquid in this brand but it doesn’t wash my dishes like the finish tablets do and I rinse my dishes prior to stacking! Unfortunately for dishwashing I have to go back to using harsher chemicals! Show details

Excellent all-round eco-friendly dishwasher tablets – It almost always cleans well and fully dissolves 99% of the time. Unlike many alternatives on the market, it leaves a pleasant citrus fragrance that isn't overpowering. The excellent thing about eco-friendly dishwashing tablets such as this one is that they allow you to wash high-end non-stick pans (e.g., Essteele Per Domani) without damaging… Read more

them, unlike other detergents that are often too abrasive for non-stick cookware*.

Make sure you transfer these to an airtight plastic container straight after buying them and store in a dry place (as mentioned on the packaging), ideally with a fairly consistent temperature. Don't leave them in the original packing, especially if you're in a humid environment. Otherwise, the tabs will swell and might not perform as well as they should.

These use smaller tabs compared to a similar Earth Choice product. I prefer these more compact tabs as they ensure the flip door for the detergent dispenser is properly closed (plus easier storage).

It would be great if Natures Organics (the company behind this and other Earth Choice products) offered an eco-friendly dishwasher cleaner to remove grease residues and limescale in the pipes.

As a result, I often resort to using Finish 0% tablets and their corresponding dishwasher cleaner tabs every 7-8 cycles to prevent clogging and excess grease build-up in the pipes, and occasionally, when I have large amounts of residual grease and grime in a wash cycle.

Snap up these bad boys when half-price at your preferred retailer or online.

*Note, always follow the manufacturer's care instructions when washing non-stick cookware. Hand washing is the safest bet, provided that you don't use scourer pads.

Best of the natural brands sofar – I have tried a few eco friendly brands and this one sofar has cleaned my dishes in my dish draw the best. I read the choice review too and from my experience, it is pretty accurate. There is a little bit of a "natural" smell when finished washing the dishes, I added a couple of drops of lemon essential oil to my dishwasher along with it and it worked a treat. Happy with these earth friendly dish tabs! Show details

Clean ok but the smell is terrible! – I hate strong lemon fragranced dishwasher tablets, so I was keen to try this one as it appears to be unfragranced. It specifically claims on the box to stop bad odours. The first 1-2 washes were ok but since then it makes this horrible smell, almost a rubbery kind of scent. I can’t stand it and don’t even know that I can handle finishing out the box :/ Show details

Down to 2 stars. Taking 3 stars off my initial review – EDIT / UPDATE: Well! The honeymoon’s over. After using these continuously, my coffee mugs & cups are progressively showing more and more stains from the numerous mugs of tea and coffee we’re drinking. We’ve never had this problem before with my previous F…P… or F…P+ tablets keeping my white mugs and cups sparkling clean. Returning to F….P… and… Read more

the hunt for a green alternative.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’m surprised by how effective these are. Even on a short 45C 30 minute cycle, my dishes, pots, cutlery were sparkling clean. Melted cheese, pasta and curry sauces, and rice congee starches wash away. Greasy plastic Decor / Klipit containers and silicon spatulas were also squeaky clean.

In terms of cleanliness, I can’t tell how much these tablets contributed and how much a good dishwasher contributed, but these were as good at cleaning as my current regular tablets. Bottom line, I’m switching to green. (Note: I have a top line Bosch and I scrape solids off but do not pre-rinse plates etc before putting them in the dishwasher. Also, the day’s & dinner dishes sit overnight and are washed the next day to make the most use of “free” solar energy.)

I confess I bought these “green” dishwasher tablets against the advice of an experienced dishwasher serviceman I met recently who told me all the green stuff is rubbish at cleaning.

Anyway, as I was determined to (finally!) make a real effort to go green, I did desktop research on what was easily available, reviews and price and sent a shortlist of 3 with their ingredient list to a young chemist friend. “Undo this Mess” was his recommendation.

Price wise, this compares very favourably at full retail $20 for 48 tablets. However, there are often specials which bring the price down.

Although it is made in France, the company is Australian owned. The tablets are packed in a cardboard box with instructions to keep the tablets in an airtight container after opening. I decant the tablets into an upcycled glass candle jar and keep the rest in the cardboard box within an airtight ziptop bag.

Public Service Announcement – I don't like to write bad reviews, as I know a lot of work goes into developing a product and keeping it on the market. Having said that, I also really don't like when things don't fulfill the sole purpose they were created to for, in a spectacularly bad fashion. Our dishes come out so dirty when using these tablets. The dishwasher smells awful.… Read more

The glasses are covered in baked on grit. I had to run 2 pre rinse cycles to get the bits off them.

We bought a deodoriser to hang in the machine, rinsed more thoroughly, ensured the filter was clean, double spaced the dishes... even started using 2 tablets per wash.

Nup, dirty as. And our glassware is starting to look really worn :( The cleaner we usually use (18-in1 made by a supermarket chain starting with W) has been out of stock. It leaves our dishes clean and sparkling and the dishwasher hits you with a wave of fresh mandarin scent when you open it. With no extra effort.

I know how whingy this review sounds but these are just. so. bad.

Hoping to save someone the same annoyance we've just experienced. As we will be chucking the rest of the box out, not really all that eco friendly either.
