Our system was installed 18 years ago when we built the house and it’s one of the best decisions we made! It’s been in use pretty much every second day without missing a beat (2 dogs and a cat!), until just recently when the sweep inlet valve would only work intermittently. I contacted Valet Systems online and was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Larry only an hour or two later. He explained it was likely caused by a faulty connection and talked me through the very simple process to fix it. Really great service, very much appreciated.
