Don't buy from this company! Poor quality to start with, and the mechanism in the vacuum head failed within a few months. Customer service is appalling. They refused to replace or repair under warranty. Overseas company with no address or phone number listed, completely dodgy. Unable to escalate to anyone beyond their bot that sends the same generic replies. Don't waste your money! Show details

from my carpets and mats. However, I had issues with understanding how to assemble it to turn on, and contacted Valoclean (Australia) twice via the website, seeking guidance. No response. It was only through sheer determination and trying various options that I worked it out. If I had actually needed a repair or refund, I doubt that I would have received any help for that, either. Excellent product — but extremely poor customer support.
Follow-up · There was literally no support. Any contact at all would have improved support. The Assembly instructions were reasonably clear, but for a newbie like myself, I needed more specific instructions. How did I work it out? Received a couple of weeks ago, and couldn't be more disappointed! Has virtually no suction power, main cleaning head doesn't even stay on the ground, keeps flipping up in the air! factory in China with no reference to the UK. Tried contacting the support email a few times, no response... Makes me sick to my stomach that I've been ripped off $399 AUD. DON'T BUY THIS RUBBISH!
I recieved this vacuum last week. It had great reviews and lots of commentary on sucking power and battery charge lasting a long time. The unit we have is sucking very poorly and the battery charge isn't lasting more than 10 minutes max.
