266 766 number is a waste of a month of your life for just a voucher!! Don't recommend preen trigger bottles with a "reusable" trigger that isn't reusable!!!

Major disappointment at product and customer service, my dooner cover is ruined – I bought and used vanish gold preen to remove blood stains from my white dooner cover. I sprayed and let it sit a little while hanging out the clothes. I then put the dooner cover in the wash with stain removal vanish white. The blood stain now become yellow and spread over the cover. a way to save my pure white dooner cover and they asked for photos. I sent them photos. They sent me a very long confusing email back that basically said it’s my fault and that was it. I wasted money on this product, I follow the instructions, carefully follow the steps and not only does the gold vanish product fail a customer but customer service is blaming fault on customer and my dooner cover is now in ruin. Golf Vanish and customer service. It’s bad experience all around.

Does sod all – Have used on various stains as directed and have had 0 result over the period of use (12+ months….there goes the “works in seconds” claim). Tried other variations to get a result: zilch. If that’s the “best ever formula” then the only way is down. WOFTAM Show details

Overpowering fragrance! – It is unfortunate that this Gold Pro Vanish is so strongly fragranced, it invades the entire wash and remains on garments even after outdoor sun/wind drying and although the stain removal is satisfactory, it's spray/foam nozzle leaves much to be desired.
