The more I use it, the dryer my lips get – I was looking for just basic Vaseline petroleum jelly and I thought that's what this was, but this has a lot of other ingredients including alcohol and I found that the more I used it, the more it dried my lips out. It's thick and waxy and tastes/smells kinda lemony. I dunno man, I just prefer something really plain, like just plain old Vaseline.… Read more

I switched over to plain Vaseline and within two days my lips were nice and smooth again, so I've ditched this lip balm. This stuff would be good if you're going to be out in the sun all day (because of the SPF 30) but for healing dry lips it's no good, and if you don't need the SPF and just want a lip balm I'd recommend trying something else because this stuff isn't very pleasant on the lips and the fragrance reminds me of dish soap.

Vaseline Lip Balm spf 30 – I prefer Vaseline Lip Therapy and cant buy it anywhere. Lip Balm feels thick and tacky and wont apply easily. Hours later and the tackiness persists, sticky lips. I cant detect the fragrance mentioned by others.

OK – Good lip balm. Lips become dry again when not using it, so it's not a lip balm for healing, just function as a barrier. Contains sunscreen, handy purse size, inexpensive, moisturising, smoothing. Not sure whether petrolatum is good or bad especially if it get's "eaten" quite often, so giving it a medium rating.

Excellent – It is smooth and long lasting lip balm with a pleasently light scented fragrance. It is really cheap and it also contains a high SPF factor designed to protect lips from the harsh harmful rays of the sun. It glides on easily and has just an added touch of shine to the make the lips glow. It is suitable for everyone in the whole family and is a… Read more

great conditioning and moisturising balm for dry chapped lips. Very cheap. Spf factor to protect lips from the sun. Moisturising and nourishing for dry chapped lips. Small and convientent so that you can take it anywhere.

Excellent – This is one of my favourite lip balms because it moisturises my lips immediately and it has SPF 30+ which helps my lips to be protected from the sun. This lip balm is great also to bring with you if you're traveling and it's great if you tend to get very dry lips which may also crack, as this balm helps to heal lip issues such as that. The only… Read more

downfall is that it does run out quickly compared to blistex. I find the blistex lip conditioner maintains moisture in the lips better and longer. Whereas the the Vaseline helps to relive the dryness of the lips better. Great travel size lip balm, instantly moisturises and protects the lips from the sun, reasonably priced. Runs out very quickly if you tend to use your lip balm often.

Excellent – This is a great lip balm for protecting your lips when you're out in the sun, or in cold weather. It's nicely, lightly scented and it's very affordable. It won't heal cracked lips though, because it has petrolatum which doesn't heal lips, it just protects them. A very simple, no fuss lip balm that can be used by men or women. It has SPF 15 or 30… Read more

to protect your lips from burning. It softens and smooths my lips. I prefer the lip therapy to the balm, because it feels like it works better and more effectively.
