This was purchased by my sister in law who is a disabled pensioner just over 2 years ago, so out of warranty (surprise,surprise) The product would no longer hold a charge & could not be recharged. The Technical Team responded and advised that, regretfully, a replacement battery for model number VX92 is currently not available, and there are no replacement or alternative parts.

So in short, its a piece of disposable junk that cant be fixed & probably targetted at a demographic of people that cant afford to buy better quality items I suggest consumers stay clear of these products

 Follow-up  · To address the above: 1. Was stored in a broom closet 2. Not sure what caused the fault other than the battery would no longer charge 3. Not used often as the owner has Parkinson Disease so therefore only used on a neccasry basis. Contact with rep re action to take, was take it to someone for an assessment in regional NSW ?? Their next response was you cant get a replacement battery & it cant be repaired so literally tough luck
