Useless product – I bought this vacuum from Bunning stores, Head stopped functioning after couple of months upon contacting customer service offered no assistance after exchanging emails and receipt. I received advise to visit the relevant store what a great customer service. Show details
Worked well for 15 months, Then Game Over – I purchased a vax vx92 at Bing Lee in Hurstville about a year and 5 months ago. Worked great as a second vacuum cleaner for quick jobs,however all of a sudden it died and I dont know if it's the Battery, Motor or Charger (which I Suspect it is) I only threw out the box with the reciept in it a few weeks back. So the only proof i got may be a backdated bank statement. Be great if i got a replacement charger. Show details

You certainly do get what you pay for – Used on carpet its ok The dirt catcher door catch failed early. Now use sticky tape to keep the door shut. Show details
You get what you pay for – I use this on my Hardwood and carpet it’s fine it’s no Dyson, However it’s a 1/4 the price. I brought this as my Dyson kept having break downs and I was fed up. The suction on the vax is not great but it does the job. Know what your paying for and you won’t be shocked at the way it operates. Show details
Pretty poor quality and performance – First drop and it broke the solder connections off the printed circuit board rear of the electric motor. See photos. Easy enough fix once stripped down and resoldered to board. Solder quality is pretty poor all over and the suction of the vac isn't very impressive. It is a cheap vac though so should not be expecting anything too amazing. Show details
Great product - needs some things fixing! – Great for my carpet, rugs and 3 hard floor areas! The canister clip has a hard time closing and I have to manhandle it closed, squashing the rubber flange as I go. sideways across stairs is a 4 step action instead of 1. Lastly I have screwed the holder onto the wall but I cannot clip it in - it falls and dislodges the contact lead head. So it sits in the corner diagonally next to its fitting so the lead reaches to recharge it! Would a small brush be too much to ask to use it in the car? BUT I do like it! Easy and quiet!
VAX REACH.LITHIUM vacuum – Unfortunately I agree with most on here the Vax Reach lithium is in my opinion useless .. using the push pull method it leaves behind almost as much dust/pet hair as it sweeps up .I definitely would NOT recommend Show details
Worst vaccum ever! – As other reviews have said. I have vinyl flooring and does not pick up fluff and just spits out a little bead or stone. SUCTION ha nothing. The crevice tool is useless. I do not recommend this vaccum at all. Show details
Terrible Waste of Money - Useless – This is the worst stock vacuum I have ever used. First use yielded okay results. Just went to use it for the second time (after a full charge) and it picks nothing up? good enough, even at this price point where I did not expect it to be great. I seriously fail to understand why anyone has given a rating of 2 stars or above. Absolute waste of money. Used on tiles and commercial carpet.
I challenge Vax to contact me and replace my unit with one that works well. I don’t have Amy receipt and so am left with a useless unit and lighter wallet …
Terrible – Vacuum itself is ok on my carpet floor but the charger dock is ridiculously badly designed, you have to pull the the vacuum apart to charge it lying down or if you hang the thing up like every other stick vac on the planet it falls out of it!!! Show details
Vax ultra stick vacuum – I thought Vax was always good vacuum's, but this thing is terrible, the suction is like sucking through a sraw with holes in it. Vax ain't what it used to be – I have only had this machine a couple of months, if that. Firstly, the wall attachment is terrible, it doesn't just click or sit there. however on hard floors it just flicks most things around the room. I have only used this weekly for about 2 months and today when I was vacuuming my room, the part that controls the head from flopping around constantly, just snapped off. Now I can't control the head at all. This is a part that can't be fixed, it will have to be put in to repair or superglue......and we all know how that turns out. This is my second and absolute last vax vacuum cleaner I will ever buy.

putting together the motor / pipe / head there is no neat clear click or snap to know the parts are connected. 5. Not easy to empty, again the latch to open is not easy and it is hard to know when the lid is back in place properly.
FYI I found a BELLINI 24V Handstick (BTBBH19) for $129.00 at Target - This is brilliant and unbelievable value for $. Have left a review on this item.

carpet. On hard surfaces, however, it often just flicks stuff around. Several passes are often necessary and even then I still find stuff that has been flicked across the room. Getting dirt out of corners is very difficult if the brush can't make contact (no real vacuum at all). Battery is adequate on standard power but If the higher rate is used you had better have a reserve vac on hand. Use it for small areas of carpet.
Vx93 awesome – using on tile and carpet, what an awesome vacuum. Was a dyson user but got sick of the breakdowns and $. Super happy with the vx93, great suction, actually think it's better on carpet then dyson, little heavier but easy to use. Great wide head and bristles work really well, picks up dust and pet hair and bigger items very well. Super happy, won't be buying dyson again. Plus its a great price. Oh and battery lasts for ages. A little disappointed – The suction on the Reach is good. What I don’t like is that it can’t stand up on its own. I don’t like that it doesn’t have a bracket to hold it up, unless the bracket provided with it it Is screwed to the wall for charging. Quality product, multi-use muscle that's easy to use – Needed to make sure I had a quality product and this provides it. Great movement good any one who has problems with arms and shoulders. Thorough clean with handheld or stick.
